We had 970 do just about everything- drywall, paint, trim, two stories worth of flooring, bathroom tile black splash, caulking, etc, I cannot speak highly enough of their work ethic and quality. There is not one error in the entirety of their work, and I truly couldn’t be happier working with them. They were flexible when I had unexpected medical situation that disrupted my schedule and they worked with our insurance. 5+ stars!!!

It was a great pleasure to work with Luke and Andrew from 970 Services of Loveland. We initially chose 970 Services for roofing issues for our home in Ft. Lupton, Colorado back in 2022 because of their outstanding track record in the area of professionalism, knowledge, experience, effectiveness and then again in August, 2023 with roof issues and other repairs for my Mom’s home in Lakewood, Colorado. When we put our parent’s home on the market, it was a very emotional time for us. Our family used 970 Services for a half dozen jobs ranging from installing a new roof, to new floors throughout our house, to two separate decks in our back yard.We decided to call 970 Services based on a neighbors recommendation, we really liked their team and decided to use their services for all of our projects starting with a new roof.The roof project went really well and I never imagined the sense of security that comes with having a new roof - especially when its pouring rain outside.The next project was repairing some of the siding and trim around the house. We are very happy with the results but were a little disappointed in how long it took. We couldn’t grasp how disappointed until days began getting shorter and colder. The house painter was literally working in the dark to finish before temperatures dropped below 40 degrees. Love the commitment to get the job done but some spots were missed, or rushed - and the quality suffered a little. Overall we were thrilled with how our house looks.We also had new carpet, tile and vinyl floors installed throughout the house. The tile work looks awesome and we’re couldn’t be happier with that. Our carpet also looks great although there are two spots where the seams are more obvious than we would prefer. The vinyl floors look amazing despite some pretty serious blunders during the install. The end result is what really matters and the team at 970 Services made things right.Lastly, we couldn’t be happier with our decks in the backyard. The same employee who laid our tile floors built our decks and you can really tell. The craftsmanship is just awesome. The team at 970 Services worked with our design and our budget to deliver an amazing couple of decks.Overall, we would highly recommend 970 Services. After shopping around for contractors and hearing all the horror stories - at the end of the day, Adam and his team delivered. Did we experience a few hiccups and breakdowns of communication? Yes, but when you consider the scope of these projects - things went a lot smoother than we really expected.We highly recommend 970 Services and we’d be happy to discuss our experience in great detail.

We had a water leak from our hot water heater and our insurance company recommended 970 Services. I cannot tell you how great they were. Steve scheduled us quickly, did a very thorough inspection of damages, set up drying equipment and got things headed in the right direction. He then coordinated all necessary sub contractors for drywall, flooring, and even requested to be present when the insurance adjuster arrived so that they couldn’t skimp on us. My primary contact with 970 Services was through Zach. I found Zach to be very knowledgeable and expert in our conversations about our roof replacement.He was very honest and considerate of our limited time schedule for selling our home. An inspection ordered by the prospective buyers revealed a significantly damaged roof, requiring replacement. Zach confirmed the roof damage and showed us photographs as proof.Zach got back to me the same evening of the inspection with an estimate and schedule for work. I had hail damage on my roof and was having a lot of issues with another roofing company and the insurance company as well. A friend of mine recommended 970 Services and I am so glad that they did. From the first phone call with Luke I felt much more at ease and was very pleased with not only how friendly they were, but also how professional and knowledgeable of the whole process, from dealing with the insurance company, knowing the requirements for my area, and working with my schedule to get the work done. I went being extremely frustrated with things to being amazed at how easy 970 Services made it. They worked with my insurance company, made sure that they had everything that they needed to process the claim and get it to my insurance right away, even my insurance company complimented them on how well they worked with them. Once everything was scheduled, on the day of the new installation I was well prepared on what to expect, because they contacted me multiple times and made sure everything was set and ready to go long before the actual day. I expected them to take a while, since my roof was a decent size, but once again they surprised me; They showed up 15 minutes before the scheduled time of 8am, and was completely finished with the job before 3pm. This included removing all the old shingles, installing the new roof, and clean up, which included sweeping my driveway, and going around my house to check for any stray shingles or tar paper that may have blown off. Luke contacted me and let me know the job was finished, and met me at the house to make sure I was happy with everything. Along with all that, they even came back out a second time (without me requesting them) to do a second sweep with a magnet to make sure that they didn't have any stray roofing nails, which as a pet owner I really appreciated. Bottom line is 970 Services really did a great job and made the whole process easy and hassle free. Best customer service experience I've ever had! We had a difficult situation with our insurance company on our roof, and Adam went above and beyond to help us out. His crew did an amazing job in a very short amount of time. We also had 970 Services paint our house and that crew was amazingly polite and did a great job. Wow! Zach came over same day to give us a roof inspection. I've never been so impressed with a home service as we were with Zach. Really amazing experience. I live in an HOA, so there were several units getting new roofing. The timeline and details were thoroughly explained, and we had communication and contact information provided before construction started. The roof is great, project finished on time, and cleanup timely. The project manager was awesome and went above and beyond even finding and attaching a bracket for my flag pole and every small detail like house numbers and lighting was given full attention.
