We had Gold Roofing replace the shingled part of our commercial building and shortly after we had a fire that had damaged the new shingled portion, but also the metal portion of our roof. They were easy to work with under normal circumstances, but also came through in a big way and were able to work with the insurance company with ease for total replacement. We highly recommend!!

I had a very positive experience with the team at Gold Roofing. After requesting a bid, Lane came out to my place, answered my initial questions, gathered measurements, and had the pricing options for me right away. The installation on my house, garage and shed was high quality and very professional. I appreciated the attention to detail, which included bringing in plywood to shore up the surface of my small shed. During clean-up, they did a thorough job of hauling off all the old roofing materials, and then removing all scraps from the perimeter. My new roof looks great. I’m the property manager (and occupant) of a 15 unit condo complex in Estes Park. For years we’ve had trouble finding reliable people for roof repair work. We found Gold Roofing and they were very responsive when we needed roof repairs. Then we experienced a severe hailstorm making roof replacement necessary. I contacted Gold Roofing Inc after I stopped hearing from another roofing company that I had been working with for a hail damage re-roof claim. I was ready to pay out of pocket as the hail damage claim had been denied by my insurance company. Lane inspected the roof, took pictures and recommended that I get a re-inspection, as he felt it should have been covered. He followed through by meeting the inspector at my house on the day they were scheduled to ensure they were aware of the damage that he had found. He then sent photos and worked with my insurance company until my claim was approved!The expertise, dedication and customer service level of Lane and Gold Roofing saved me from further frustration, as well as saving me a large amount of money.Communication was great throughout the entire re-roof which was completed in a timely fashion and with excellent results.I will definitely use Gold Roofing for any future projects.

Gold Roofing did an exceptional job on our re-roof. We were hit with a nasty hail storm in July 2019 and Gold was one of the first companies to reach out to our neighborhood.I was familiar with the quality of Gold's services and was glad I chose them.Throughout the entire process, Gold was awesome to work with. Mark went over our options and made sure that our new roof was up to code before we signed any paperwork. Most notable, I learned that Loveland city ordinance requires shingles to withstand at least 100-mph wind speeds. I had no idea! I'm glad Mark went through the extra steps of going over this with our insurance company. At first, our insurance company wanted to put on standard 3-tab shingles, which are only rated for 60 mph. Obviously, this would have put us in a bind, should our roof need to be replaced several years from now.On the day of the installation, Gold Roofing was on-time at 8:00 am and was able to remove and apply the new roof that same day. Call me a bit of a neat-freak, but ensuring nails or shingle bits weren't left littering my property is a big deal—Gold made sure they cleaned up after themselves flawlessly. The crew also did a fantastic job of working around some chimney issues we had as well as a detached shed.If you're looking for a "gold standard" when replacing your roof, consider Gold Roofing.

We contracted Gold roofing about 3 yeas ago and had them replace our roof. The did a decent job on the roof, but subcontracted out the gutters. Since installment, we have had numerous problems with leaks. We had them out in the first week and they sent someone out who applied some sealer. The gutters continued to leak small amounts and last year we noticed that there are soffit fascia boards that are rotted out underneath the leaking areas. We had been in frequent communication with the company and notified them last year about the soffits. At first they stated that they would help resolve this but were booked way out. We waited and continued to call them, and eventually they connected us with another gutter company because the company they had contracted for our gutters had gone out of business. I can see why!. This new company indicated they might help, but are telling us they are very busy and will get back to us. Gold Roofing must have got a hold of them, because the company has now sent someone out to inspect the situation and come up with a plan to resolve the problem. I would like to thank Gold roofing for following up on this issue!

In October 2021 we had Gold Roofing replaced the roof on our house and garage. ( we live rurally - 45 minutes from Loveland).Mark looked over our project , helped us pick the right shingle, and provided a very competitive quote. My experience with Gold Roofing was very positive. We called them for an insurance claim with a hail storm. Mark was clear and upfront about everything, from what we had on the roof to what we would need to replace it (the city code had just changed). He went to bat for us with the insurance company and got some issues worked out. The crew did a good job and was done in a day (with some cleanup the next). Communication was great, and (while not being a roof expert) the quality seems great too. Overall a very positive experience.

We had to replace our roof after a major hail storm came through Northern Colorado. Our insurance said the roof was completely totaled. Three other roofing companies wouldn't even give us a quote because they claimed they had to see our insurance claim and how much the insurance was willing to pay (for those of you who don't know this is completely untrue. Never give your insurance claim information to a contractor if you are only looking for an estimate). Finally, I called Gold's Roofing, explained the situation and they offered to give us a free estimate and never even asked to see our insurance claim. Their estimate was completely fair and detailed. Once we decided to work with Gold's Roofing the process was efficient and easy. They cleaned up the yard after ripping the old roof off and had the job completed within a few days from start to finish. A few months later, we are actually selling our home and I needed a copy of the warranty. Sam in their office was a major help and emailed me a copy of the warranty almost immediately and helped me understand exactly what I needed to supply to our buyer. Overall, extremely friendly customer service, efficient and professional, and they have great integrity.
