Been trying to have Loveland roofing come out and fix my roof. It's been leaking the last 5 years and Logan Ryan O'Neill will show up with a caulking gun. With that being sad after the fifth time of him showing up and the roof not being repaired I asked if it could be repaired correctly. After this request I got completely ghosted. The leak is getting potentially worse and is causing damage to the interior of my house. My roof is under warranty and should have been covered. But I just got brushed off and pushed aside with half fast fixes.I have tried all forms of social media to connect with them as well as showing up and leaving my business card at their office. Since then I have been blocked on all social media accounts trying to get a hold of them to rectify this issue. I am just being ghosted and left to repair this myself or hire somebody else to do it before mold and the damage becomes progressively worse. Whenever I try to contact somebody else like an actual owner all numbers just lead to Logan. He doesn't seem to care and just pockets the money I assume. I see a bunch of five-star reviews on here one of which is actually his... That shows you the quality of the company right there with them needing to go and boost their own Google review.Avoid Loveland roofing at all costs. It'll end up costing you way more in the long run. Whenever they come to your house and do a hack job you will regret entrusting them with your home. My roof is less than 5 years old and has had more leaks than it has had life on it. I do not believe the owners of Loveland Roofing know this is happening as Logan is the main contact.Hopefully they will see this review and be able to get this issue remedied.I will keep everybody updated if anything else comes of this.Avoid this guy at all costs. He is dishonest and has piss poor morals and piss poor work ethic!His photo is attached to this review so you know to avoid him when you see him.

It was time to replace the roof after 25 years and I called around to get a few quotes. Loveland Roofing was priced right in line with their competitors. I chose them because they had replaced a roof on my rental property a few years earlier and had done an excellent job. Karrla and Logan were super responsive to questions I had about the install. The install team was super fast and friendly. They were here right on time and finished the job in 1.25 days by working hard and kicking aash. Scott & Andrew responded quickly to my request for service. They patiently explained the roofing replacement process & products available, and even offered to do a minor repair at no cost. The crew worked quickly & did a great job cleaning up. Highly recommend this local company.

Dave was honest and fair with the estimate. He completed the job weeks before schedule to ensure our closing was not impacted. He was in constant contact with me throughout the process and has been in touch a couple of times afterwards too. He was always able to respond quickly to emails and any missed calls. Very poor customer service. Would not agree to a written quote and told me I didn’t say certain things which I have on video. Argued with me after showing proof on the quote. Didn’t show up on first scheduled repair day and didn’t even start work on second scheduled repair day. Now I still have a damaged roof.
