M&E has been great to work with and has left us impressed with the quality of their work on multiple projects around our house.We went to them for a large interior painting project and they were consultative to help us plan what we want and left us with a beautiful finish.They also helped save us from a terrible trim/baseboard job that a big box store left us with. They came in and re-did the entire baseboards and painted them. It was so clean and nice- their attention to detail is excellent.

After years 22yrs my house was definitely overdue for a new paint color, I called M&E for an estimate and she set up a time for Kevin to come out 2 days later, after that we got HOA approval and he came back out the following day with paint colors, and we were on the schedule to paint 2 weeks later. Everyone was very nice professional, they had my house painted in 1 day with just minor touch up needed after dried. They cleaned everything up and I could tell they take there work very seriously.we love our new color and have had several ppl ask who we used because they love it as well! M&E painting is affordable compared with other companies. I got a few quotes for our living room/kitchen and they were in the middle-lower range. They had good reviews as well, so we chose them. They were friendly on the phone and had great customer service. The painting job was pretty good. I noticed right after the painting crew left that a small inset section of our wall around a window that’s surrounded by tile was missed, so I called and they came back right away the same day and painted that area, which I appreciated. Now that we have had a few days to live in the space, I’ve noticed a couple of things: a wobbly paint line above a section of baseboard, and two patches of the wall that didn’t get coverage (see photos). I’m certain if I complained about this they would come back and fix it, but honestly that’s more work for me than fixing it myself sometime when my husband is home because of our toddler twins. The crew was friendly and finished quickly with mostly pristine results. There were no splatters and nothing to clean up afterwards except some dirt from their boots (no big deal on a wood floor, might be bothersome on carpet). Overall I would call it a good experience but just shy of a perfect one.

It’s not often that a company exceeds my expectations, but M&E Painting sure did. They painted new installed baseboards for us and did a wonderful job. I hired M&E Painting to come in behind a company that left my home a disaster. They went above and beyond simple painting, they did repairs (filling nail holes, placing trim, ceiling repair) and made sure the paint matched since it had been previously painted. The professionalism was unmatched! We have a historic home with lots of intricate details that are very difficult to paint. I got several quotes before selecting M & E but they were far and away the most professional during the bidding process. They took time to fully understand the project and provide a detailed quote. While the project took longer than expected due to weather and staff illness, I am exceedingly happy with the results. They corrected almost all of the touch ups without me even having to point them out. We couldn't be happier! Working with M & E painting has been a pleasure. From the beginning, they came out and gave us an estimate right away. We had a few other estimates from the area but they took their time, looked at the house and detached garage and went over every detail of the job with us including the guarantee.Once the job was booked, the crew and site manager came to inspect the site with us and go over the details of the job once again. We used M&E to paint our house in May 2022 as we had used them back in October 2010. Kevin Voorhees was our estimator both times. The crew did a fantastic job and made sure that we were satisfied with the work.Steven Fretwell was our project manager. He met us at the house prior to the crew starting any work. Once the work was completed, he walked the house with us. Steve got the crew back to fix the minor issues we had. Job was done in one day.After the hailstorm in July of 2022, we used M&E again to repaint the northside of our house. Kevin was able to come out immediately the day contacted to give us an estimate and advice on the order of hail damage repairs. He even helped us match the colors for the gutters so they did not have to be repainted.Vanessa in the office was very helpful in rescheduling the painters several times after we encountered weather delays with the roof and gutter replacements.I would highly recommend M&E Painting. This company always helps me with my clients needs for their houses. I sell houses and often need things done quickly, and professionally to meet deadlines and unpredictable circumstances. This time I needed a repair done to an exterior door ASAP for my clients who were selling their house and in the middle of tons of showings, the front storm door needed to be repaired because excessive use in the wind nearly pulled the door off. M&E were able to assess it very quickly and come out and fix it quickly. Considering most people might likely say "next week" or "we're 2 weeks out", I was happy to hear that they said today or tomorrow. They assesed it same day and repaired it the next morning so I'm extremely grateful for that. They did an excellent job and it wasn't just patch work, they did it correctly by replacing the wood that was holding the door, and put on new brackets and paint and now the door closes by itself and is great! They also have responded quickly for me in the past for exterior paint jobs with other clients and were very affordable and professional. While on one occasion my clients had 3 estimates and ended up choosing a different company, but they later regretted that because the competitor didn't assess the job in person and ended up not being able to give the price or timeline or even the job that they originally promised. M&E had assessed the job in person quickly and my clients realized afterwards M&E would have been the better choice. I highly recommend them. Gerry was on site today and was really kind and professional, and he had to work during multiple showings but this didn't affect them at all. Not sure I would recommend M&E Painting... They were supposed to start the job but got a call that their painting machine broke down. No big deal, things happen! Once they got here, the job only took one day instead of two as discussed. The job felt rushed! It took a while for me to get in touch with them to come back and do the final touch-up. When It was finally scheduled, nobody showed up and there was no call. Once they did the final touch-up, they missed several areas and had to come back and do it again!Service: Exterior painting
