About 4 years ago, a representative from Pride Roofing inspected my roof after a hailstorm. To my surprise, he told me the roof was still in decent shape and didn't need replacement. It is rare in my experience that a roofing contractor doesn't tell a homeowner that their roof needs to be replaced. Fast forward to May 2023. We had a bad hailstorm and I immediately called Pride Roofing and no one else as I trusted that they would treat me well. I wasn't wrong. I met with Christian, the owner and he was very thoughtful and professional as well as being an excellent communicator. As the process progressed with coordinating insurance and scheduling the job, I was impressed with how smoothly Christian and his team made the process. They handled the interaction with insurance and completed some additional repairs to the siding and trim that weren't part of the hail damage at a very fair price. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and outcome. My house looks new again thanks to Christian and the entire team at Pride Roofing. Great work A+!

We hired Pride Roofing to replace our roof after wind damage in February, 2022. When they removed the old roof, they found the additional damage shown in the photo, and replaced the decking. The other photos show the finished product!When I contacted the other companies who had submitted bids to tell them our decision, I explained that although all the bids were close in price, what made the difference for us was the personal rapport we felt with Crew Porter, the sales manager at Pride who handled our project. My husband decided he wanted to go with Pride because he was so impressed with Crew!Crew went above and beyond to ensure that we were pleased with the results. He stayed in touch with us throughout the project, was always very professional, and inspired our confidence by following through and doing what he said he would do.Our new roof was installed almost two months earlier than expected when there was a break in the weather, which was great because we had a temporary patch over the original storm damage. The roofers who completed the job were amazingly fast, efficient, and cleaned up the surrounding area at the end of every shift.We recommend Pride Roofing. Dan has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process! Our house was in a tornado, and he has made sure every detail-big and small-is quickly attended to, and we have had no concerns knowing he is in charge of our project! Recently had my roof replaced using Pride Roofing. Worked primarily with Ryan Karas as my project manager. Ryan was able to go over the entire reroofing process and timelines with me comfortably in my own home. Ryan was very professional yet personable and friendly.The reroofing job was completed quickly in one day, and on a day of my choosing. Can’t interrupt toddler naps!!! No mess, no nails, and no plastic or papers in my neighbors yards or mine. My neighbors were amazed how quickly the job was completed. Pride did a great job, and I’m expecting great things from the Malarkey shingles they used.

Dan at Pride did an AMAZING job coordinating everything for our not one but TWO roofs. Take a peek at their FB page, that house video of the roofer falling through the decking, YUP that was our house. They made the whole process, that turned scary when you get a call that someone fell through the decking, VERY easy. Dan took care of ALL the insurance conversations and we paid only our deductible! The different crews were all very respectful of us and our properties. Will 1000% be calling Dan in the future for ALL roof needs!

Chris from Pride Rooking and Construction is a prime example of old school integrity and work ethic. Chris inspected the roofs on both my home and my gf's home. Fortunately for my gf, her roof was in great shape. But, we would not have known that if Chris had not pinted out that the bubbles on the roof were a manufactureres glitch and nothing to worry about (blistering). My house was another matter. Chris explained my house's roof was 25 years old and that we would likely get some blowback from the insurance company, however, there was significant metal damage from a hail storm that occurred several months ago. That, in culmination with the fact that they recently roofed several homes in the neighborhood because of the same hailstorm would likely make us a good candidate for a new roof, despite the insurance copany's likley objection. Time will tell, but, I am certain from what I have witnessed in regard to Chris' ethic, integrity and industry knowledge thus far that he will advocate for me in a meaningful way and get the job done right as good or likely better than anyone else I could have on my side (and I have dealt with a number of profesionals in Chris' profession, before). So far, things have been "five star" all the way. I will right a follow-up review if and when the job is complete. Chris and his boss met with the claims adjuster and worked hard to get me everything we were due. Thus far, everything has been above and beyond.

I am a Loveland, Colorado resident.A roofing company replaced my roof due to hail damage in 2022. After they finished, the bathroom vents leaked after snow melt and they pretty much told me there was nothing else they could do.I got in touch with JOE BEARD at Pride. He brought out experts to consult and we came up with a game plan. Pride replaced the vents this past summer.Joe followed up with me after the first snow... MORE THAN A MONTH after Pride did the work. One vent was still leaking. Joe again brought out a team to evaluate, they made a plan and not only executed the plan on the leaking vent, but also on all the others.Additionally, he personally came back and did follow up work on other areas of the roof. After the latest snow , Joe again followed up. No leaks.Joe has promised to keep checking.I would recommend Pride and Joe to anyone. I am most impressed that Pride did the job AND also validated with the customer that the job was done right!As you can tell from my story, QUALITY and THOROUGHNESS are the factors that make me recommend Joe Beard and Pride Roofing.

I did a lot of research before I decided on a company to replace the roof on my 18yr old house. I read the reviews of roofers in the Fort Collins area, and this led me to call Pride for a quote and suggestions. I met with Christian, who was extremely nice and answered all my questions. I was impressed by the thoroughness of the quote and the discussions we had on options for the project. He seemed genuinely excited about the project, and I felt very happy with the final decisions I made with lots of welcomed input from Christian. But, most importantly I didn't feel like I was being upsold or pressured at all. We were working together to reach my vision and cost for the project. I went with a high quality architectural shingle and steel front porch roofing.On the date of installation they came out, introduced themselves, and had my roof off and mostly completed within a day. They were very careful to schedule around possible rain and kept me updated on schedule, and I appreciate it as I'd rather have it done correctly than quickly.The end result is extremely impressive, see the pictures. I can't say enough about how good of a job they did. Christian stayed connected with me throughout the project. Also Tanner and Jalen, project managers, were always willing to accommodate my requests, and I had many. The entire experience was very customer focused and the results show great attention to detail.After the job was completed I flew my drone up there to get pictures. I've already gotten neighbors and family asking who did my roof, who makes those shingles, etc... I'm so impressed I have already started talking to Christian about other upcoming construction jobs I'd like to do.I don't think you can go wrong with these guys if you have half the experience I had. They are top notch, using top quality products and very experienced crews, (I had a shingle crew and steel roofing crew). I had some hail damage early this summer so I looked up reviews on local roofers and called up Pride. Billy Williams called and coordinated an inspection at my home. Billy was kind, easy going, and eager to help me out! He completed a thorough inspection provided guidance as to how to communicate with my insurance.About 2 weeks later my insurance adjuster came out, Billy was outside for over 2 hours waiting because the insurance adjuster had been running late. Long story short, Billy had to deal with one of the rudest insurance reps I had ever seen, its unreal to think that Billy was able to keep his cool and continue to be professional in the situation, but he did. I told my insurance about the situation and they sent out another adjuster that worked hand in hand with Billy. He went inch by inch to ensure the adjuster recorded every bit of damage, doing the best he could to ensure that every single thing that could be covered, would be covered.I know my specific job was probably a major headache, but Billy always kept his cool and was eager to help in any possible way he could. I’m really happy how everything turned out and I had much more covered then I thought would have. Pride did a great job but ask for Billy if he’s available, he made the process smooth and with all his experience, was able to dumb down all the insurance fine print to give me confidence to get everything done and was always on top of getting everything scheduled and coordinated. Really appreciate Billy’s help! Roof is top notch!

Pride roofing was an incredible company to work with when doing such a large expensive project! For our roof we worked with Crew who always responded quickly to emails and showed up to measure and look over the roof the day we called! We were paying out of pocket and we given three grade of shingles to pick from and the brand they use is extremely high rated! The installers showed up early stripping down our old roof replacing a piece of wood and changing out the venting system to help with the longevity of the roof! They were done in one day and Crew returned the next day to inspect the roof and craftsmanship and clean up and small scraps missed the day before. I wouldn't recommend this place. We have been dealing with issue after issue since our roof replacement in 2021. Bad communication skills, workmanship not up to par, won't honor the warranty, and havnt made any attempt to fix the roof from bad shingles they put on that started leaking cause they didn't adhere proper nor was the asphalt stuff remaining on the shingle itself. The leak was literally minor ally parched and left as is. Horrible horrible horrible. We very disenheartened and they promised to get addressed or scheduled by the december. Which is conveniently or coincidently the same month that our insurance company expires the roof claim. So we can't ask for state farm help if we wanted. Cause it's been two years as of end if december 2023. But im sure we still have workmanship and our company warranty and defective shingle warranty if they would file it. Ugh. Amd taboot I have multiple autoimmune conditions that make this extremely more stressful and confusing and difficult to manage and navigate between up and downs. So nope nope don't go to them.
