Tony with Robbins Water Line Restoration was great! They completely replaced our full water line which involved installing a new line by boring approx. 350 ft into a very small area in our home. Tony was very detailed informative, upfront and OBVIOUSLY takes great pride in his work and it shows. We had several bids but his process, communication, and faith he instilled, convinced us to go with him. After the fact I am very satisfied with the work, his communication, and the care they used during the install, after for cleanup and minor tweaks to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend Tony and he will be at the top of my list for any future water line issues on any of the properties we own.

Tony "walks his talk". He might or might not have a higher bid, but if he does, don't let it scare you off. He is meticulous from start to finish. He has great customer relations, looks for creative solutions, says directly what he can and can't do, he's open to suggestions, and most importantly, gets the job done and makes sure you're happy with the outcome. And the yard looks better than before he came in terms of clean up. I highly recommend him.

When we need assistance with any issues related to our residence, the first thing we're looking for is obvious technical expertise. But, in this day and age, what is equally important is character and integrity. From our first meeting, I found both of those qualities in Tony Morrison. While replacing the filters in my furnace I noticed water coming up through my basement floor where the main water line was. I got online and found Robbins Water Line and called. Tony answered and I explained to him that I had a leak in my main water line. Instead of quoting me prices and all that would be involved in replacing the line Tony asked me "How do you know you have a leak?" and explained that the leak could be the providers side of the meter. He provided me with the name of a leak detection company and advised me to have them determine if the leak was, in fact, on my side of the meter. Long story short, the leak was on my side and I contacted Tony. I had already contacted another company and had there assessment in hand. When I spoke with Tony, he was amazing. He explained to me exactly what would need to be done and actually did a site evaluation that same day. The challenge was that the distance from the meter to my basement was 150' and the other company advised that additional potholes would need to be done in order to install the new line. Tony advised that he and his crew would bore from the meter to my basement and install the new line exactly where the old line was. On the day the work began Tony and his crew arrived exactly on time and had staged equipment the previous day. I was amazed when I saw the boring machine come up under my basement exactly as Tony had described. The entire job was completed in one day. When the job was completed the crew cleaned up the work area but due to the bad weather that day were not able to finish. The next morning I got up to see Tony sweeping up debris from the street, raking the areas where heavy equipment had been and replaced all of the rip rap rock by hand. At the end you couldn't even tell he and his crew had been there. I found Tony and his entire crew to be friendly and professional. From the start, Tony was very detailed in his explanation of exactly what work was going to be done which was done on time and at the price he quoted. I can honestly say that anyone looking to have this type of work done should contact Tony Robbins. He and his crew did an amazing job for me and he will for you as well.

We found we had a small leak on the mainline, I called several companies to get quotes, Robbins came out quickly, got the ball rolling with locations even though they weren't hired yet, and gave a clear explanations of the proposed repair. The price was on the higher side but I am a firm believer you get what you pay for. They were out the next week and repaired the leak within a day. They left the areas they had to excavate, in fact it was hard to tell they had been there. In short job done right, job done fast , and job done for agreed price, no go backs, no delays, no extra charges. This is the second time I had to call up Tony (Robbins) because of issues with our main water line. Very thorough, friendly, informative, respectful, hard worker, and on time and money.He really stuck with it, got the job done, and I'm completely happy with it. If I need any other water works done, Tony will now be my first and only call.He and his team were very respectful of my property, always asking before moving equipment, dumping water, going around fences, etc. And with me being so interested in the process, they were all very informative and willing to answer questions.Now the backstory…We live in a rural area with a 400 feet+, 32 year old water line that had years ago been recalled (and a legal settlement over the pipe), but I was not in the loop on that. Had a leak 18 months ago that Tony repaired and did a great job on. I recently had two new leaks so it called for an entirely new water line. I called Tony up first and he stopped by and discussed the issues, and possible new line. I tried to get two other companies to stop by - but they just didn't seem interested, or wanted to trench (over 400 feet!). Tony provided an estimate to directional drill. He was thorough in his written contract, willingly discussed the process and expectation, and waited on me to decide.Tony got the line in between xmas and new years - rough weather! 4 long days of working in mud from a previous snowstorm, then an unprecedented 9 in snowfall. He got the job done with only about 6 hours without water during the entire 4 days. He really attempts to groom the land/soil back even with muddy, frozen soil. They were by far the most responsive company of the four that we received quotes from and the most affordable. Tony clearly laid out our options, explained the benefits and risks with each, provided several priced options and worked with us to choose the best for our needs. He kept us informed every step of the way and he and his crew did an outstanding job replacing over 200ft of waterline for us right on schedule. When they wrapped up the job, you could barely tell they had been here, including replacing the section of paving stones they had to remove from our front patio.

Tony laid out all details of the project with great care, provided on his own the documentation about his insurance, etc., and also did just what he promised to do. As far as I can tell, his work is excellent. He was highly recommended to me, and I can see why. Noticed drop in water pressure; found out that the water line pipe was broken which was buried deep into the ground. Lost a lot of water & it was a mess. Tony, the owner of Robbins Water Line Restoration was called 10 minutes before opening time; explained what happened & that I was at a loss on what to do. You see my husband had passed away the week before and I was a mess. He stated his crews were working on other jobs, but, he personally came out & took care of the job himself. What a guy. Tony did some work for my neighbors so I asked him to blow out my sprinklers today. He came over and blew them out in less that twenty minutes from start to finish. I've done this many times with my own air compressor and it usually takes a couple of hours and it's ALWAYS right before a freeze. But Tony has a huge compressor on his truck and knows exactly what he is doing. I've got his card and will call him again next year! Nice guy, knows his business and very professional.
