If I could give these guys 10 stars I would!! What an amazing group of people! The roof and gutters they installed look so beautiful and well put together. The job was complete faster than the expected time frame. My yard was left clean and debris free. The billing process was hassle free. I could really go on and on about how wonderful my experience was with Schroeder Roofing, Jason, and his staff.It's almost a shame that it's a 25 year roof, I may never need their services again. But I will suggest them to everyone!

As a Realtor, I've been involved with countless roof repairs, replacements, and insurance claims over the past 17 years. Shroeder went above an beyond to ensure both the Seller and the Buyer received the highest quality products and service. If you are told that you don't have an insurance claim, we at recommend you call Jason for a 2nd opinion. After 3 companies said there was no claim, he met with insurance and in addition to a new roof, they found additional items to repair and replace including skylights, gutters, and siding. All of this was completed for the cost of the deductible. Need I say more...?

Following a hailstorm in May of 2023, many homes required roof repairs. A friend of mine had his roof replaced through Schroeder Roofing and was very satisfied with the result. I contacted the company and Jason Dubois came out and quoted me a price to replace my roof. My insurance company, State Farm, agreed with the price quote and the work was scheduled for about two weeks out. Employees from Schroeder appeared as promised and within three days had completely repaired both my house roof and my shed. I have been completely satisfied with the time frame of this project and have found Jason to be a professional in all of my dealings with him. I would recommend Schroeder Roofing to anyone looking to obtain roof repairs.

Jason at Schroeder Roofing helped us get approval from the Insurance Company to get the roof replaced following the insurance adjuster's initial inspection that identified only superficial damage (even though all our neighbors had already been approved for entire roof replacements). He was very thorough in walking us through our first roof replacement and insurance claim. Job was well done, with follow up "touch ups" to make sure the job was done right. Schroeder Roofing did a great job! They really moved this project along faster than I could have imagined. Especially having discovered the previous roofer left a layer of felt that needed to be removed. Also, Jason made a couple of recommendations for the roof ventilation that have had a very positive impact to the comfort in our sunniest rooms.Having been through a roofing replacement only 3 years ago (not Schroeder) the professionalism was a welcome change over what we had experienced in the past. I used Schroeder Roofing in 2000 because they were local and the pricing was better at that time when I need to replace the roof "out of pocket". When I had hail damage in early May of 2023 I had them back out. We were very happy with Schroeder Roofing and would highly recommend them! We had two roofs for them to shingle due to a hail storm. We wanted a wood shingle "look alike" for our detached garage that had a more visible roof. Jason work hard to provide us with websites and samples to help our search. We love what we chose! We used a "regular" shingle for the main house but we were unsure of a color. Again, Jason helped by giving us samples as well as addresses of houses that were done in certain colors. The company was very patient with us while we determined which color was best for us. Jason worked well with our insurance company too. All the Schroeder teams were polite. pleasant, worked efficiently, and were good to clean up. The office staff was very nice as well. I called Ryan with Schroeder Roofing after a recent hail storm. He returned my call promptly & came for a free roof inspection that afternoon. He found no roof damage but pointed out some areas where the gutters were clogged. He was courteous, professional and prompt. Although I did not need service at this time I would choose this business if needed in the future.
