We had hail damage come through the Westlake area in Longmont, CO at the end of July 2020. We contacted Shield Roofing to do a damage assessment and inspection. Ryan Murphy with Shield Roofing immediately contacted us and setup an inspection. He determined there was sufficient damage to replace our roof and explained our options. He came back and met with our insurance adjuster and inspected the roof again with the adjuster. The insurance adjuster agreed with Ryan’s assessment and we setup an install date for the roof to be replaced. In addition, Ryan helped us understand how the process worked with the insurance company. After Ryan left, the insurance adjuster favorably commented on Ryan’s professionalism and expertise. Within just a few days Shield Roofing showed up on time and with a full crew to replace our roof. The roof was replaced, new sky lights installed, and complete by mid-morning the next day! Ryan was very responsive during the whole process and always answered any questions we had. Great experience with Ryan and his team. They were fast and professional. I needed an estimate for a residence on which I was placing an offer. They could have gone out and said I needed work done on the roof. He responded quickly and told me that the roof was actually OK and didn't need the extra work. I appreciate that he was fair and honest. Thanks Shields!

I haven't used this service and I thought it was a fake company but I was wrong. Talked to the owner and I totally understand why I couldn't get an address on google. So I'm deleting the 1 star and replacing it with a 5 star. I say give them a chance and call them. Sorry Ryan. Hopefully this helps. God bless your company and good luck.
