Kurt Bisnette was an absolute pleasure to work with! He came out to inspect our roof as a precaution before selling our home in Berthoud. He found hail damage that he thought was worthy of an insurance claim. Sure enough the insurance adjuster found enough damage that they ended up replacing our roof.Kurt is very personable, knowledgeable, and straightforward. He was there to help us every step of the way from showing up for the appointment with the adjuster, to making sure we had all the photos and documentation needed for insurance.We had a tight timeline for the roof replacement as we went under contract, and Kurt was able to get the project organized and completed within two weeks! Dusty was fantastic to work with. He was kind enough to place a weather patch on the roof section that needed repair before we even contracted with them, he walked around the roof with me to help me understand what I was looking at, and had no problem with patching the roof so it’s nearly seamless. Dusty at White Castle did an awesome job! We had a few small repairs needed on our roof, that were discovered during an inspection, in the process of selling our home. It's usually difficult to get anyone to come out and do a small repair, but these folks were fantastic, and treated our job with just as much importance and urgency as a larger job.
