We were really pleased with the entire process of getting windows and a patio door from Windows & Siding Outlet. From working with Nicola, the owner Jeff, and the installer Hector Garcia and his assistant, everything was so seamless. They completed the whole project in 1.5 days and it was incredibly efficient, detailed, and super clean. The price was also way below the quotes we got from other companies. We would highly recommend this company! And if you can get Hector as your main installer, we can’t say enough about his expertise and skill!

Jeff and his company installed our windows and doors a few years ago and did a great job! So when we needed new gutters, siding, fascia, and soffit we went back to them for an estimate. Very reasonably priced and were able to start/finish the job the next week. Everything looks great and we couldn't be happier. Great customer service and clean up was above and beyond. Would highly recommend this company.

Window and Siding Outlet went out of their way to accommodate my siding replacement job in Cheyenne, WY! They obtained their contractor license in Cheyenne city and even were adaptable with their scheduling and pricing when I changed my scope of work halfway through the project. They were patient and understanding with extenuating circumstances affecting payment through the mail and they had spectacular communication with me the entire time through the process. They adapted quickly and effectively to changing timelines from other subcontractors on the job site and did an A+ job regarding quality workmanship.Thanks guys!

What started out with a horrible siding replacement experience (contractor left on the first day after tearing off some siding, then demanded payment up front) with another company turned into a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow because of Window & Siding Outlet!! From calling for a quote to the completion of the project, I couldn't be happier with my experience with this company. Rock was so friendly and knowledgeable, was willing to talk to my insurance company and provide them with the information they needed and then helped me meet a very tight deadline for completion of the project. The contracting team they sent out were wonderfully friendly and careful with our yard. They did a great job on the install, and left the yard cleaner than when they started! I wish all small companies were run with such integrity and care for their customers. Way to go Window & Siding Outlet!!!

I cannot provide a strong enough recommendation for Window & Siding Outlet (W&SO). We called on them after an extremely frustrating 4-month disasterous experience trying to work with a big box store. (The huge conglomerate lost our order, delivered to the wrong address, broke the window during shipment &, after 4 months, presented us with a double hung window when we ordered a casement. And it was also broken.)Enter W&SOMack & team saved the day! They listened and initially provided suggestions for how we could try & fix the existing window before investing in the purchase of a new one. It was ultimately determined that it needed to be replaced, not fixed. Though it's uncommon to order a single window, W&SO agreed to make just the one. It cost more than Big Box, but was absolutely worth it for peace of mind. The customer service & dependability were out of this world. The icing on top is the window was constructed right here in Loveland! I love supporting local businesses! This company did such nice work on our first job that I decided to have them come back six months later and do the rest of our house. The installers are super fast and the windows look great. I cannot say enough great things about this company. Jeff came out immediately, inspected my siding and gave me a quote. Once I received payment from my insurance company he stopped by the next day for me to sign a contract and work on ordering the siding. Within a few days my siding arrived, they came and installed the new siding. His guys were very quiet, respectful, and CLEAN! They were super careful not to damage my plants and never just threw the old siding down. I highly highly recommend them and their prices were great.

We shopped around and Windows and Siding Outlet was by far the best price!! We got a dog door inside the patio door and it has been so very nice getting in and out of the door without having to squeeze through it.We also had a big windstorm the night that our installation was finished and it was night and day compared to our old windows and sliding door. The windows look fantastic (hoping for darker colors at some point, tho the Tan works) and I was impressed with the speed and professionalism of installers Joe and Michelle, who have been Doing Windows for 25 years. They were prompt, polite, and tidy, and brought all the equipment they needed (including a vacuum, as some of the 40 year old original windows hadn't been openable for a while and were very dusty!) chatted about cats and other pleasantries and were amazingly fast. Michelle left some cool rock art; they saved the old windowpanes for a friend's art project, and I'd gladly ask them to come back and redo the garden window later on. Sales guy Rock was fun to talk with as he explained what Window and Siding Outlet offers. My only minor quibble is that the Reminder email was sent 13 hours before the appointment -- I had called that morning to confirm -- and follow through from the office re scheduling had some glitches -- but overall, the whole team provided a great experience and a great price -- and they're local.
