The SteamMaster Colorado Crawl Space team accomplished an impossible job at our new home. They masterfully and efficiently sealed the crawl space, which may be the smallest ever. This enabled the radon mitigation system installed by Stone Radon to seamlessly vent out. Julius and his team from CCS were professional, communicative, and experts. This job would typically take days and they got it done in one. Highly reccomend to anyone needed crawl space attention.

The SteamMasters crew (Harrison, Miguel, Julius, Franco and Eduardo) was one of the most professional that I have seen in 18 years in the Eagle River Valley. They were prompt and extremely efficient. They took pride in their work. From the time they laid down padding to the time they vacuumed up behind them, it was apparent they knew their job. A look at the panoramic photo of the crawl space they sealed shows they paid attention to detail and to how their job looked, even in places where they didn’t need to. After coming home to a garage ceiling that was ‘raining,’ we called Steam Master on advice of our plumber. A crew arrived quickly, immediately went to work cleaning up the water and setting up industrial sized dehumidifiers, a heater in the garage (it was in January), mats to dry out the hardwood floor upstairs, etc. The wet drywall and insulation had to come out, which they hauled away. They checked the progress of the machines daily, sometimes twice a day. Due to their quick, effective response, everything was dried out after only 5 days, saving us from any mold growth. My horribly ridged up hardwood floors flattened down nicely. Casey, our point person was wonderful. Every person we dealt with was compassionate, kind, and hardworking. We purchased a house about 10 years ago in Keystone Ranch that had water and mold damage from broken pipes. The damage was extensive. At that time we hired SteamMaster to do the remedial work and their performance was excellent.This same house is now “under contract” and if all goes according to plan will close in September. The issue concerning the flooding was revealed on the property disclosure form. I called SteamMaster to get as much information as I was able to to present to the potential buyers. StreamMaster attended to all my questions and were very helpful in getting the information to me quickly so as not to disturb the flow of the inspection and the sale process. They provided reports and photos showing the extent of their work. Another company came in to insure there were no issues with mold in the house.In conclusion, I will say that I was impressed not only with the work performed 10 years ago but also with the ease and speed they were able to put together a package that was forwarded to the potential buyers. The owners are very hands on and the staff very competent and service oriented. Kudos to all.

Ziggy and Dewayne did a fantastic job on my master bedroom carpet and stairs. The challenge of the day was removing stains from snow melt that came through a couple of light fixtures onto sofa pillows and a smudge of chocolate on another. It was like watching a magician. Ziggy and Dwayne came and removed a large area rug that had a very bad stain on it from an accident They had to remove a lot of furniture, lamps etc. to remove the rug.They handled everything carefully being respectful of our home. What wonderful workers, friendly and very knowledgeable about rugs. When Ziggy and Dwayne returned to lay the rug after cleaning we were amazed how well the spot had beed removed. Again they removed all the furniture carefully and replaced the rug very precisely as well as replacing the furniture. All this was done with a very nice professional attitude. Fantastic service from the Steammaster team in Vail CO. We had a major flood in our lower level - they showed up at 2:00am and worked for 2 solid days to move furniture, remove carpeting, drywall, baseboards etc, dry out crawl space and dry the entire basement. Colorado Crawlspace put in a interior drainage system in my crawlspace and future proofed my house with a encapsulation system. Came home to a flooded basement on thanksgiving weekend . Called Steam master and they had a crew down to our place within the hour. The crew (Nigel and Rusty) started cleaning immediately and called for additional help due the extend of the flooding. Next Gary, the owner shows up and started evaluating the situation when Harrison shows with additional equipment. By 11:00 that night they had all the water sucked and up and fans and dehumidifiers set. 10 days later, with Gary checking everyday for moisture content,, everything was dried and fans removed without any lose to carpet, drywall, carpet cleaned . Great outfit!!
