When my area was hit with a bad hail storm earlier this year, I chose America's Best Restoration and General Contracting to replace the roof on my home. Rick Duggan worked with me the entire way, from roofing material selection to the final invoicing process. The whole team over at America's Best Restoration was fantastic to work with. From the very beginning of identifying what needed to be done, to working with the insurance company to make sure everything lined up and that I was paid for all the work done. The work crews that did the work itself were fantastic and got our two story house and garage done in two days. It was a great experience, start to finish, I would definitely recommend using them for your job. When we had an unrelated issue years later they came back out pro bono and took care of our issue. Top notch service and they stand by their product!

We had a mountain roof in need of replacing in the middle of winter, and Rick and his team were so impressive! Rick was so helpful and explained the whole process over the phone, and in person, and made the whole experience way less stressful that I thought it would be. And even more amazingly, he was able to get our whole roof project done quickly in between snows, as well as completing it within our very demanding timeline. His team was on the roof shoveling and melting snow and ice, so they could install the new one quickly. We couldn't be happier with how it all went. We were so pleased with how he accommodated our timeline and very happy with his communication as well. REPLACE OLD ROOF SHINGLES! America's Best Restoration responded to our inquiry about roofing replacement with a timely, competitive quote for the task. The work was completed in a timely manner and was not an insurance claim. The roof was just 20+ years old. The day after completion we suffered a significant hail storm that damaged many roofs in our community. America's Best monitored the work before the storm and after the storm. Follow up continued almost daily. We coordinated upgraded shingles which resisted the new roof damage. The crew installed new gutters throughout and made wind adjustments to strengthen weak spots. We were greatly pleased with the work and would definitely use this company again as needed.

Shortly after a huge hailstorm in Denver, America's Best Restoration was replacing my next door neighbors' roof, so I was concerned I could also have damage. Daniel Wolff took the time to inspect my roof in this naturally busy time, and subsequently made some repairs. He is reliable, professional and courteous, and went out of his way to go above and beyond (cleaning my skylights AND my neighbors in our triplex). Rick is very engaging when it comes to helping you in a time of crisis. We scheduled a meeting for Rick to look at our leaky roof. He was very professional and on time for the meeting. In a matter of minutes Rick and his assistant found the leak, repaired it and we have been dry ever since. The leak Rick found was missed by the insurance adjuster. If we ever have a restoration issue come up again, Rick will be the first one I call.

I had a small amount of hail damage on my roof and had about ten different quotes, 8 of them insisted I should replace the whole roof but two of them were honest enough and gave me decent quotes. This company was great, at first. It ended up taking 8 months for the roof to be completed and the inspections to be done. It was very difficult to get a hold of Daniel Wolff to find out dates and times for the work and for inspections. I had to tell him when the inspections were done. The first inspection in December failed due to the company not fixing the flashing correctly.There were some problems with the checks including one that needed to be cancelled and re-issued, but we had to wait 90 days for this. We informed the company and they called us “liars” because they had never had an insurance company delay the re-issuance of a check. We offered for them to talk to our insurance company but they still didn’t believe us. Even after updating them on this information, Daniel came to the house the day after and was very confrontational with me and tried to intimidate me. I had to tell him to stop interrupting me so I could talk to him. He became very timid after this.The owner, Rick Duggan, was called after this and he didn’t listen to anything that had occurred. He defended Daniel’s actions and didn’t even offer an apology. He did call us liars, though, in reference to the 90 days for the check. He also didn’t believe that we couldn’t get in contact with Daniel when we called and that Daniel rarely called us back if we left messages.Daniel also cancelled appointments with us, an hour after he was supposed to be there, to tell us he had a date. I would never recommend this company or the employees to anyone for any reason. The original roof replacement was almost a year ago. A winter storm with heavy wind and snow caused the fireplace chimney to pull the flashing up on one side. I called America’s Best and they came out and replaced the fasteners and put the flashing back in place. Great response and customer service.

This person cares not for the people around him nor his own safety. Whomever was driving one of the company vehicles today going eastbound on west 6 ave at about 4:45 -5pm was speeding, driving too closely behind other vehicles, changing lanes abruptly without signaling, and talking on a phone while driving. First impression says DO NOT HIRE!!
