This company is one to watch out for. Very slick salesmen, poor communication within the moving parts of the company while filing a claim. I specifically said not to file a claim through our home insurance if there was no evidence that a storm occurred on radar during the active dates of our insurance to get coverage approval. They said it would be fine, they would file a different date. The claim was denied and another agent told me it was filed under a storm date that our policy was not active with. They knew this and proceeded to file anyway. Now with the evidence filed and denied on my roof from this sham company I will no longer get coverage for my roof and will have to pay out of pocket. Avoid these corrupt people and find a more honest company.

Last weekend Jaymon came to our place because we had some serious leaking after a recent rainstorm. He was very helpful and personable! He gave us great advice. A few years ago we had Ameripro put new roofs on our house and outbuildings, at that time Ameripro sent a man named George who was also a great guy and very helpful! TLDR; We had a very negative experience with AmeriPro and would suggest anyone who needs help with their roof find another company. Every town in the front range has highly rated roofing companies that will treat you better than this shady crew.Full story: we got flyer at our house suggesting we consult AmeriPro because there had been storms in our area. There in fact had been a storm with over 100mph winds so we allowed them over to discuss. Jason of AmeriPro proceeded to convince us that we had wind damage and that we should file and insurance claim. We went through this process and when the adjuster (as well as a second independent engineer) came they both determined that there had been no damage and any signs of wear were just premature aging from inadequate ventilation.What’s more, we had another huge storm blow through the area. Jason again convinced us that this time a claim would be a sure thing. He said that the evidence from the first claim should only help prove how much this second storm hit our house. Again, our insurance company and an independent reviewer decided there was no wind damage. They also wanted to change our policy because of the claims even though there was no payout.AmeriPro not only wasted our time and energy filing fruitless claims with their incorrect “expert” advise, they hurt our relationship with our insurer. They also quoted higher than others after this fiasco when we paid to get our roof done anyway in spite of suggesting they would discount the job for our troubles. All around terrible company.

My sales tech was nice and informative, but after the materials were ordered and dropped off never heard from the tech again, unless I called them. They said work would one day and I didn’t start till days later. And then with the final inspection I was NEVER notified that is was happening. I had a ladder and paperwork taped to my window not knowing what is what was. Never no mention of this final inspection and had me scared as to why there was a ladder in up to my roof. He explained how to submit my claim and get it paid for by insurance. It was amazing to have someone take the time to make it seem easy and it was. Ethan inspected our home and we really appreciated the thorough and honest inspection. We loved that he wore his mask and maintained 6 feet making us feel safe. He let us know the property looked great and there was no storm damage at this time. We will definitely be contacting him after storms to have him check out our property again. If there were a manner by which to rate zero stars, I would. PLEASE BEWARE. There are far better roofing company's to choose from. As other customers have stated, a door-to-door salesman came to my mother's home in November 2021. It is December 2022 and we are still dealing with this company trying to resolve the issues they caused. They did not even get the right color shingle, not to mention the leaking.My mother is 70yrs old. She is also on a small fixed income and has very little to her name other than her home. Which is exactly what she told this salesman, who proceeded to take full advantage of my mother's elderly state.This salesman convinced my mother her roof would be "free", or she'd just have to pay the deductible on her insurance. He made her believe she was merely signing a document to give him "permission" to contact her insurance and to take a tour of the roof with the insurance adjuster, after which he would provide a final estimate. At that point she could then decide whether to contract with Ameripro to have the roof replaced. The "estimate" came back at over $4,490. She told Mr. Flood she did NOT have the money to replace her roof and she thought that was the end of it. UNTIL she woke to workers ripping her roof off on 1/24/2022.Unbeknownst to my mother she signed a contract the first day she met Mr. David Flood from Ameripro Roofing. The nightmare has continued to this day. A few days to a couple of weeks after the roof was replaced it rained. After which the lights in her upstairs hallway and a bedroom went out. A very large orangish wet stain appeared around the ceiling light along with another stain closer to the door. The popcorn ceiling peeled around the ceiling light. She contacted Ameripro who sent someone. He got on the roof, went in the attic and did "something".My mother ended up paying $3,475 to have her ceiling repaired and repainted. Ameripro is only willing to credit a portion of this cost and act as though they have done my mother a favor. Unbelievable.Much more has happened in the course of what should have been a home improvement.Please see the photo for a picture of the water damage they have failed to remedy. This company is all about screwing home owners over. We started process with them. It has been a disaster ever since. Roof was replaced before it was scheduled, we received with 2 options for financing. We chose our option and were under the impression that we were good to go. Because of this, we chose to go with class 4 singles. They were supposed to have replaced gutters also. This was all done in October. They had first insurance check already. Then in November, they said that we were not approved. If that was the case; we would have never upgraded the shingles. The workmanship is aweful and warranty work has had to be completed. Last worker that was here even told my husband that the job was done poorly. We have left this company several messages and they have never gotten back to us until today when they wanted more money. Poor quality, poor customer service, poor judgment on my part. Should have trusted my gut. Safe yourself the hassle and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.Service: Roof repair

We had our roof and gutters done by Ameripro and it was an excellent experience!! Our restoration specialist was Chris Pianki and he was amazing! We are working on getting another property that is extremely damaged but was denied by an adjuster who treated us terribly! Chris has continued to work on this for us even though the insurance company is being very unreasonable. He could have easily moved on but he continues to fight on our behalf. After our experience with Chris and Ameripro Roofing we will never even consider using another company or contractor. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a company. They changed my point of contact 6 times in two months, refused to respond to emails, they took months to get the work done, they destroyed parts of my yard and downspouts. After all of this they failed the city inspection and immediately started asking for payment. They wouldn't respond to inquiries about fixing the roof, just that they needed payment. I would rather let the house collapse from damage than go through this horrendous process with them again.Updated 6/13/21 added one additional star:Their regional director reached out upon seeing my experience and fixed what he could. The downspouts were replaced and a couple other small compensations. I appreciate the effort after the fact.Service: Roof repair

Dylan from AmeriPro was extremely professional and let us know a few issues we had and ones we might encounter in the future. A young gentleman came to our home and offered to do a free inspection - he was very polite and did not pressure. He was able to just walk around and check a couple things and let me know that everything looked fine and that if we had any future needs or know of anyone needing work to pass along their information. Like I said - no pressure, polite, and honest. Appreciate people/companies like that.

This company approached my husband and myself while we were working in our yard. We started the process of getting our roof replaced with them in a haste and upon researching them decided to go with another contractor. The reason we changed was the lack of ACTUAL reviews. When we looked up this business all the reviews were word for word the same exact thing. So that made us a little skeptical. Our house required more than just roof and Ameripro only does roofing, so we wanted a contractor that would do everything we wanted instead of having to hire multiple people.A week after our roof was replaced by our new contractor two people from Ameripro showed up to my house FULLY aware that my roof was replaced and could see that my contractors sign was in my yard. They were completely unannounced and had a complete lack of professionalism. My husband was asked why we went with someone else and when he answered they continued to badger him about why we changed. I am honestly completely shocked at their behavior. Just from driving by they got their answer as to whether we were using them but that wasn't enough. They felt it necessary to bother us and complain about us using a different company. I am sure that the roofing materials are pretty much the same across the board but if you want a company that is professional and attentive to the needs of their customers Ameripro is NOT the way to go.

If I could give this company a zero, I would. Their salesmen are sleazy, pushy, aggressive and DO NOT care about you. They only care about “the sale”. Terrible. I watched one of their sales guys act like a complete maniac to insurance adjusters. Threatening them, calling them names, etc. Very unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! There are plenty of better options out there than these sleaze balls.

Despite our "no soliciting" sign, a rep from AmeriPro decided to bother us anyways, ringing our doorbell and knocking until we answered, and waking up our 5-month-old. When we told him we weren't interested, he proceeded to take video of our house. All of this was done WITHOUT A MASK in the middle of a global pandemic! I have already filed a complaint with the state. Don't use this terrible, immoral company.
