I feel strange having to write a review. I am the property owner and not the contractor who bought from this business. I have to give the review though, Gulfeagle Supply decided to involve me and threw my contractor under the bus! I have been using the same contractor for over 5 years, I have never had any issues with my contractor. Here is the summary of what happened when I had a roof placed on one of my rental properties:-Gulfeagle Supply delivered the product, that was fine.-My contractor noticed that it was NOT the Cat. 4 impact-resistant shingle we ordered (it was clearly written on the invoice tough)-My contractor called Gulfeagle supply, they picked up the incorrect shingle and said the correct shingle was on backorder for a few weeks.-Gulfeagle Supply found the shingle we ordered somewhere in their warehouse, good news, was going to deliver the shingles ASAP.-Shingles are delivered (1 week later), my roofer noticed that half of the shingles were correct, the other half was the wrong color.-Gulfeagle Supply finds the correct color shingle and delivers it while the roofing crew waited. Thank goodness!Here is the worst part!-Apparently, the returns were NOT credited to the correct contractor account. So, it showed as if my contractor did not pay for the material that was incorrectly delivered.-Gulfeagle Supply never called my contractor, but I got a certified letter with AN INTENT TO LIEN on my property.-I called Andrew Cox (in their law office in Tampa), he was quite sure that the issue was my contractor. I asked Andrew why there were so many deliveries and two returns? That seemed to have made him think a bit.-I finally received the RELEASE to the INTENT TO LIEN.Summary:-First, their delivery people should confirm what is ordered and pick the correct product. This was a problem two times with this project.-Second, when product gets returned... it would be helpful to make sure it gets credited to the correct account.-Third, if there is a problem... don't use a lawyer, how about picking up the phone and making a phone call?-Fourth, lesson learned... NEVER USE THESE INCOMPETENT LITIGIOUS PEOPLE AGAIN! I am having two more roofs replaced, this vendor is permanently off the list and I have forbidden my contractor from ever using them again!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Out of all the suppliers we use...they are about the worst. They usually send out the wrong materials for one. Our biggest complaint with them lately has been an order that was supposed to be filled and shipped. But they didn't have the product in stock and didn't bother to notify us. The day of the roof install we find out they don't have what we ordered. NOBODY FROM GULFEAGLE bothered to call us and let us know. Thank God for ABC Supply. They came thru with the materials we needed. I would not recommend GE to anyone.
