Horrible first time experience!!! Contractor is absolutely careless and when we encountered them in Falcon, I will never trust this company with any project we have. It’s all about them and no care for safety. I’m shocked OSHA doesn’t investigate them more.

I'm a handyman, I have a family member who lives in an HOA that uses hammersmith construction. Hammersmith construction is no better then does fly-by-night storm chasers who rips off people. They are telling my family that there roof needs to be replaced due to tree sap on the shingles. They then proceeded to say that the tree sap will eat through the shingles of the roof and cause it to leak. Hammersmith construction tries to charge the customer for unnecessary repair with scare tactics and if anything Hammersmith construction should be investigated for unfair business practices.

Our townhome community has been a long term client of Hammersmith Management and we have used Hammersmith Construction for many of our major construction projects through the years. They have always been professional, detailed and responsive. Having this construction component to the management company adds a significant amount of value to our community and we have benefited from this relationship time and time again. I joined our HOA board last year and could not imagine working with a property management company that does have the construction expertise, project management experience that Hammersmith Construction provides. I would highly recommend them.

Hammersmith Construction manages all large projects at The Brownstones at Town Center. Our project manager provides bids and acts as our liaison with contractors. He knows our 359 unit property well and provides a great service to the Board of Directors with his property inspections for large projects such as concrete, stucco, painting, roofing etc. This management relieves the Board of these added tasks.Hammersmith Construction guided us through a total roof replacement after a hailstorm and the community was very satisfied.

HOA hired them to re do a walkway in my apartment complex Construction is now 1.5+ months past the estimate the HOA gave us. I understand there are gunna be unforseen delays, but I’ve had the pleasure of listening to the workers every moves for the past 3 months (I work from home, and they are on the other side of the wall) and it seems like more often then not whoever shows up first sits in the stairwell on his phone watching videos. I know this because it usually wakes me up at 8am a lot of mornings. It also seemed like the until the deadline was passed, minimal work was getting done, because now they are usually out there all day when that wasn’t the case for 2+ months. Just the whole situation I find really unprofessional.Services: Remodeling, General repairs

Its a scam that they are part of a HOA management company. They forced us to replace the roof foe the whole community costing over $8000/home.

This company creates unnecessary additional work for HOA communities and takes advantage of them.
