You know I like to try to keep my money local so I called up all the way Building Supply asked them if they had four by sixes by 8 ft pressure treated the gentleman answered the phone tells me yes but only in 10 ft so then I asked him about 4x4 and the price on those he says he just gave me the price well he did not I asked him for 4 by 6 is that he told me he had well then he decides to tell me I don't have any of those I don't keep them in stock it's no wonder that people take their business out of town

They are extremely helpful and the prices are decent, though they close at 5pm which is really unfortunate as I seem to always need new supplies after 5pm.

They can get things other big box stores won't. I like the help and getting what I want. I can't say the price is always as pleasing but I am sure glad they hold on. The quality is the best

Store does not notify customers that they're being charged a credit/debit card processing fee of 3%. Customers are given two different receipts for two different amounts. It is not posted anywhere in the store that this fee will be applied, nor do any of the employees mention it during the transaction. So customers are not given the option to pay another way to avoid the fees. This is illegal. A conversation with the store was met with indifference and ridicule. The store says it doesn't have time to tell every customer about the fees. Only after the conversation did the store dig up a handwritten sign to place on the counter. Very poor customer service and deceptive and illegal business practices.

I like it alot. Everybody is nice and they go out of there way to help you. The lady that works there not sure of her name but there is a picture of her on this site she is awesome. She knows exactly were it is. I'll go in there not sure how to explain what I need need. No worries she knows. They all are as sweet as can be. Thank you all for your kindness and help. Usually they are very helpful but never go to them for paint. The guy that helped me had no clue what he was doing. It took him hours to fill my very small order and I had to have it redone by another staff member later that day when I came to pick it up. (They were supposed to call me and they never did) When I got home one of the paints was so runny I couldn't use it even after mixing it alot and the other was the completely wrong shade of red... good place to go for supplies usually but never trust them with your paint. Was a complete waste of about 40 dollars worth of paint.

Overall nice product. They could not make simple revisions to design. We verbally agreed to final revisions. They were still not made. We were charged to correct one revision and they would not change the other. Felt rushed also.

Every time I go in or call with a question the employees are rude or condescending. I'm tired of being talked down to because I want to know every item in their inventory before taking a 10 mile drive to the store.
