Working with Eagle Eye Renovations has been an excellent experience. After severe hail damage, our insurance company was very difficult. Blake and Stephen worked persistently with our insurance until the insurance payout was correct. It was nice to have the insurance problem handled for us. Hands down the BEST communication we have had with any contractor. We were kept in the loop every step of the way. I found Eagle Eye through Nextdoor recommendations. They offered to complete a roof inspection after a large hail storm and from there really helped us get through the insurance claim process. Blake is a great guy and really went above and beyond to get our house back to normal. Features we really appreciated: insurance assistance including being present during the adjuster inspection, insurance communication on all aspects of the repair including adjustments as the job was being worked on when things needed updates, very personable staff and excellent communication and finally free upgrades to better shingles that helped us get a discount on our policy going forward. I can't recommend Eagle Eye enough. They were not the cheapest but they were tremendously helpful and thorough in explaining what needed to be done. Stephen at Eagle Eye and the whole crew were a pleasure to work with! Wonderful communication from start to finish and very professional. We thought we had some minor roof repairs to do but Stephen pointed out we had significant hail damage. He was there when the insurance company came out and before we knew it we were getting a new roof and gutters at a small expense to us. The crew came out early on their scheduled day and went to work, which even included a thorough clean up when they were done. I cannot recommend Eagle Eye enough. Give them a call; you won't be sorry!

He pulled extra roofers onto our job to keep his schedule commitment and he and his project manager were at my house throughout the tear down and install to ensure things were done properly and answer any questions I had. Eagle Eye Renovations of Parker completed a roof installation and a gutter installation for me. My experience with them was great.- They dealt with my insurance company. The insurance company was very difficult to deal with and very slow, but Eagle Eye was persistent and also kept me in the loop the entire time.- Everything they did was on time - initial meeting, supply delivery, installation...everything.- They kept me informed from the very beginning. The first time that I met with them, they explained to me exactly what the whole process would look like and were very helpful when/if I had any questions.- After the installation, they came back and did a quality review of the work completed. Not only that, but they cleaned up everything, which was great. The last time I had my roof replaced was over 10 years ago. I didn't realize how bad my roof was last year until Eagle Eye evaluated it after the latest hail storm and showed me the pictures. It was scary to see, but with their help and having them coordinate with my insurance agent, the job was completed with no hassle. The best part? I was on vacation and these guys took pictures and sent them to me to let me know the work was being done. When I came home, all I saw was a new roof and no debris left behind. This company is built on being professional and efficient!

Eagle Eye Renovations installed a new roof for us in the summer of 2020. In the winter of that year, we noticed some stains on our ceiling and assumed it was from a leak in the roof. Eagle Eye came out and couldn't find a definitive roof leak, but did have their team redo portion of roof where leaks were appearing and reseal around vents as a precautionary measure. The stains on ceiling continued to happen; however, Eagle Eye came out several times to trouble shoot. It turns out after much investigation, it was an HVAC issue with a broken vent pipe in the wall. Condensation was building up in our attic and raining water onto our ceiling! It wasn't a roof issue at all. Our Eagle Eye team still came out with the HVAC company to help repair pipe and followed up several times to make sure that the work was completed and no further water leaks were happening. I truly appreciate Steve, Allain, and the entire Eagle Eye Renovations team for promptly responding to all of our issues and not stopping their investigation until the problem was resolved.
