We were very impressed with how clean the crew was that came out to work on our roof. 48 hours and we had a brand new roof installed and they cleaned up every piece of debris. I’m meticulous and I didn’t find a single piece of trash or any nails. We have dogs so that was a big deal to me. Josh assured me, he had the best crews and he has restored my faith in contractors! Highly recommend! 5 stars!

I noticed a few houses in the neighborhood over from us were getting their roofs redone so I gave Elk Point a call. They came out and gave us a free inspection. Much to our surprise, our roof didn’t have any hail damage but they were so prompt and spent some time with my husband and I, explaining the process and what to watch out for, that we will definitely be using them when the time comes. Friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Writing their names so I don’t forget them in the future, Jessica took our call in the office and Cody came out to give the inspection.

Terrible experience, poor customer service and workmanship. I had my roof replaced less than 1year ago with Elk Point. During construction we experienced water leaking into the home and dirt and debris everywhere. They tried to fix the water leak, and two light rains later, I was still begging them to complete repairs. During the entire process the teams overpromised and totally underdelivered. They never followed through with replacing a skylight and vent cap as promised either. Now, less than one year later, shingles are flying off following a couple of high wind days. We were told someone would be out to re-assess and repair. A quick fix (which won’t last) was made with the promise to send a crew out to repair damages and we haven’t heard from anyone since. They trampled my flowers, left personal trash on my deck and yard, showed up unexpectedly without notice, and seem to constantly be turning over staff. These guys are a total disappointment who misled us from start to finish.

On my most recent project I was very specific about my color choice and they were able to get the material I wanted in a timely fashion. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company to ensure that the insurance payout was updated based on the actual work performed.
