Within 6 weeks part of my new shingles blew off the roof. No response from owner himself after reaching out to him. Issue was fixed within 2 weeks by Jaymon whom is very responsive. The gutter people that were used did a rush job and left tons of metal in the yard and on the roof (Thank god it's not mowing season); I would definitively recommend they hire different people that actually clean up after themselves to do their gutters.

I sent the following email to Jim Sprague, owner of Colorado Front Range Roofing, on Jan. 25, 2024, last week. My recently installed roof is under a two year warranty."Mr. Sprague, last week's severe winds blew off two important polycarbonate side inserts that are needed to complete the over-the-back-porch awning. You may recall that Jayman turned my $8,289 bill into your billing department with, it seems, that I would pay with an unfinished roof. I didn't! Jayman angerly returned four or five times. I would not pay until the job was properly finished--meaning the side inserts had to be securely in place, which meant caulking the inside and outside of both pieces. With anger, he did the work but with nails. The job was complete and I paid.He came by yesterday to, I had hoped, do the work; rather, he did a song and dance, turned his back and walked away with no intention of spending a half hour to properly resolve the issue. The repairs needed to be properly done without any bullying, aggression and defiance, hopefully by someone other than Jayman and the sooner the better."

I contacted AJ the end of February because I was concerned about the roof repair they did last year and asked if he could come look at it. He set up two times to come out and look canceled the first time the second time he never showed up and I have not heard from him since March 5.

What a great company with great customer service!!! When we purchased our house in 2020, we had another roofing company claim to know how to “fix” our flat roof. Within 3 months we had leaks inside the house. They again attempted to “fix” it. More leaks over the next year. I contacted Colorado Front Range Roofing. AJ knew exactly what the issues were and what would be the proper fix. He was pleasant and professional. During install one of my skylights got cracked. Wind had torn out a portion of our aluminum soffit last January. Had been trying for months to find someone to come and look at the problem and give me an estimate. Most weren't interested, many didn't even bother to call me back and one promised me repairs "any minute", but strung me along for six months and never showed. Front Range Roofing gave me an estimate and shortly thereafter showed up and made the necessary repairs and replacements. Their work was excellent and I would highly recommend them. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
