Just want to say a special thanks to Fred and his team for the amazing work they did at our 35-acre property. Fred was the only one out of our three bids who took the time to explain what effects the excavating would have on our property, like making sure our septic and water lines were far enough underground so as not to freeze. It made access to our home much easier and the landscaping work looks great! We highly recommend using Red Feather Excavating!

Fred and his sons were a great a team to work with. We recently had a driveway, RV pad, turn around area, culvert, removed trash/debris, repaired the well house, and created a gate with fencing around our entire property line. Fred was quick to provide updates and answer any questions we might have along the way. Our property has been transformed into a beautiful place that my family and I will enjoy for years to come.

Fred at Red Feather Excavating was incredible to work with. During our build we had a need for site excavation, road work, culvert installation, foundation work, Septic/leach field install, trenching (pure granite!) erosion mitigation and retaining walls. We were able to walk our property with him and communicate our needs, and the end result far far exceeded our expectations. He is conscientious of details of excavation, safety, timeline and design. We had an issue with our septic on a Saturday. Fred and his daughter came to our house and fixed it at 8 o’clock at night. That is a level of customer service that has become very rare in our country.
