I have only wonderful things to say about United Roofing and the people who work there. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and hard-working. Our roof was severely damaged by hail, and they took care of us immediately by tarping the roof to prevent further leaks, got an overall bid together quickly, then worked diligently to get the materials and complete the new roof as quickly as possible. We are now under roof, and so thankful to United Roofing for their kindness and quick response. They were very patient with us as we asked lots of questions.

What an amazing experience! I called to set up an appointment for a flat roof inspection and possible repair. Lisa informed me that a technician wouldn't be able to come until the following day. As promised, Josh showed up early the following day and performed an inspection as well as repairing a few places. Lisa and Josh were very professional, explained in detail how my roof looked and what steps needed to be taken to keep it in good repair. They installed a Duro-last roof on my new home in Buena Vista. In 2006 United Roofing of Colorado installed a membrane roof (Duralast) on our adobe residence (built in 1985) for which we were given a 15-year warranty. Prior to that we had experienced multiple leakage episodes despite using 3 separate roofing applications using traditional materials (rolled overlapped asphalt product). Thereafter we had no leaks until early 2019 when we noticed evidence of leakage at the southwest corner of the house. We notified United Roofing of Colorado (2-hours driving time from our home) of this and, in 4 days, a crew was dispatched. They did some repair work and inspected the rest of the roof for potential trouble spots. The crew was very nice. It is early to know the result of this repair, but we were pleased with the prompt warranty service.

I recently had to have a section of my roof replaced, and United Roofing took care of it, and did a quality job in a professional manner. They were very helpful, and communication was fast and easy throughout the whole process. The work was done within the agreed upon timeframe, the workers showed up on time, did a great job, and also cleaned up afterwards leaving no debris behind.

I worked with Lisa to schedule a membrane roof installation. Given the craziness of these COVID times, scheduling a job in busy Salida can be a tricky thing to do. We had to wait several months to have the work done, but Lisa was helpful and patient and kept me informed throughout the process. These guys are good. They were key in resolving my insurance claim. I had given up, but Lisa communicated with my adjuster on my behalf. Bingo- new roof. They installed a duralast flat roof on my adobe. Great team. Great experience.

May 2019 United Roofing came to Crestone and Repaired and replaced a flat roof. They were on time which is important to me. They cared for the project in a timely manner. They welded the seams. Most important to me was the communication with Lisa in the office.

Very rude and not people that will not stand by their work, like a commercial roof for example, 10 years later. Owner does not care about supporting, advocating or warranting his work. Obnoxious and ungrateful. Avoid if you can.
