I had a hose behind my toilet break and it flooded my basement, it was raining all over everything and kinda scary. They had an employee there quick and took very good care of all my belongings while doing the cleanup and placed many fans and dehumidifiers around to take care of any possible moisture remaining. Overall I'm very satisfied with the customer service and care that they took in completing the job! Highly recommend!

I am so disappointed in this company. We called them based on the reviews, ignoring the one bad, and nope- waste of time. We scheduled them the first time and they called (after they would have had to leave to get to our house) and cancelled saying the machine was broken and they needed a part. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled 2 weeks out and they never called never showed up. 2 days taken off work and wasted. Unprofessional. The work at my house was going to cost over $1,000 for me. You'd think a company would WANT to make that money. No call. No show. I do NOT recommend you waste your time too.

If I can give them below zero I would do it. DON'T RECOMMEND AT ALL. Very unprofessional, pricey, manipulative people. They gave us the estimate for the work and after they are done they asked for double the price of the estimate. This is the first and last time I deal with them. Also I told all my friends about my bad experience with them.

5+ stars!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Grant was amazing when we had our nightmare flood due to a breaker blow-out leading to a continuous water flow in our old washer. It could have turned out costing us thousands! No words to describe how thankful we are for his help! Late night call and he was there in less than 20 minutes ready to get busy! Couldn’t ask for a better company! THANK YOU, GRANT at E&J Steam!

Outstanding job, Thank you E & J Steam!!Recently, our septic tank backed up and flooded our finished basement. It was an absolute mess! And it was the worst water you could imagine (Category 3 Water - Known as "black water"). It was late in the evening and on the weekend. I was making calls like crazy trying to get some help. That’s when I called Grant and his team at E & J Steam. They were at the house within an hour and took charge of the clean up quickly and professionally. They used an industrial vacuum to suck up all the water (and other stuff), got all the water out of the carpets, and disinfected the entire area. Then they set up multiple dehumidifiers to prevent mold and bacteria from going crazy down there. Within a few days my insurance company finally authorized the removal of all the carpet, trim, and other affected things in the basement. E & J Steam was there within a very short time and conducted a through inspection and removal of everything that was damaged by the flooding and sanitized all the affected areas. Thank You!If I could give you guys 6 stars I would!
