Absolute worst rental experience I have ever had in my life, if I could do 0 stars I absolutely would. Precision homes is the definition of slumlords. Sherri and Julie do not care about tenants and only care about money and trying to make themselves look good. They will publicly talk about you at the local bar and how they’re going to evict you. They will call you & harass at 9 o’clock at night after ignoring you for days on end. They will literally physically shove you out of their office if you come to talk in person. They will ignore your calls to the office for their own personal calls on their cell phones. We unfortunately have rented from there for almost 2 years and have had absolutely nothing but issues. They left us with a non-useable broken 1930’s fridge for 2 weeks, have left us in a house with a broken window (in winter) for multiple weeks and avoid ALL forms of communication. They will blatantly ignore your phone calls, texts, and maintenance requests. But don’t worry, you’ll get your rent payment reminder. Save yourself the headache and do everything you can to AVOID these people and this company.

Julie helped me get into an apartment for me and my son as soon as she could and was the absolute sweetest to work with. She was very caring only places that would be the best fit for my son and I. Would recommend to anyone needing a rental as soon as possible.

As a tenant of these slumlords. I'm looking for a new place immediately. They refused to fix the heater over the winter while we were in Sub-Zero temperatures. Went 13 hours with power because I could not get Precision homes to bring me a replacement fuse. They are extremely unresponsive. They DO NOT reply to maintenance request, text messages or other things of that manner. When you try to visit the precision home office, they're either not there or push you out. Precision homes does not care about their tenants well-being because their properties are paid for by our money. If you have the opportunity, go with a different realtor. On their website they claim and pride themselves on a list of things such as providing repairs and a timely manner. I've been waiting for a repair for 2 weeks. Real timely. I would give zero star rating if that was possible.

I have been rented from Precision for two years. They have always been very quick and proactive if I ever had any issue. Renting from them has been seamless. I would highly recommend them. Secondly, I worked with Sheri to help me find a home. She was very accommodating. My job ended up taking me out of town, I wish I could take Sheri with me to help me find a home in my new location. She is awesome!!

Power went out in my apt due to faulty wiring in thecircuit breaker. Took hours for a response. When you text or call them, it’s not sent to an individual but a portal online and whoever happens to be paying attention at the time will respond. Precision is based out of Denver and they definitely don’t have the small town approach to customer service. I took the initiative, went to their office and got the ball rolling. They couldn't tell me when an electrician would come because they only use one electric company and if they’re busy then you’re S.O.L. Literally left me in the dark for a day. I went straight to their electrician, explained everything and they got on it right away. Precision treated the situation as an afterthought. They wanted me to put in a service request to their system where it would sit for who knows how long. Abrasive and confrontational. Not even an apology. Quick to assume it was my fault and that I overloaded the outlet. Julie told me, "You're not the only one in Sterling that needs an electrician". She told me not to come back to their office. This is how they treat their customers so you be the judge.

Me and my girlfriend put a $1300 dollar deposit down, had to break the lease early so they charged us $500 for breaking the lease and couple hundred dollars in fees, I got my deposit back yesterday and we only got $167 of that $1300 back. We swept and mopped all the vinyl flooring, vacuum and shampooed the carpets, made sure that place was spotless after we got all of our stuff moved out. Then they turn around and still charge us a $442 dollar “cleaning charge”. I would not trust this company one bit.

Worst place ever in sterling sherry is an extremely rude person the hole time that we lived there she would not have any of are work request taking care of would not answer are calls and would refuse to speak to other us in person.She over charged us in move out fees despite proof that damages were there prior to us moving in.when we spoke to her about this her response was I can do what I want it’s a family business.When asked if we could speak with the owner we were told that there no one above her and she’s calls the shots.I don’t understand how this company is allowing for a person like her to neglect and run the sterling properties as I once’s lived in a Denver properties and the manager out there was extremely graceful and always made sure are work orders and concerns were taken care of if this company had any since they would get ride of her despite family and put someone in her position that actully care about the residents and not just the money..wish I could give a 0 star.

We rented through them for over a year and our experience was great! Flexible with us, quick on maintainence requests, and the online tenant portal was super user friendly. The team is very knowledgeable about local services, and even helped us find and purchase our first home! Highly recommend!

Precision homes is the worse place i ever rented from. I am a good tennant. Never been late on my rent. They said when i first moved in the house was remodeled and ready to rent but less then a month of being here the water main broke and it is located directly under the bathroom and it sounded like a running toilet so i did what i could but to find out the main broke and i got charged $300 for their mistake and everytime i put in a work order the head person sherry is very rude about it. Talking to me like everything is my fault. Now they are threatening to send out landscapers to cut our grass and charge us if we dont do it and its hard because the grass is wet from rain. I would not recommand precision. Im out soon as i can.

Iwitnessed precision homes are legally a vet over 40 residents out of their homes with unnotarized eviction notices damaged their properties towed away their vehicles and through their belongings in the trash, the best advice I have for anyone thinking about using this service in Sterling is avoid them they do not do things legally they only care about what they gain and they have no issues destroying your life to gain it. Please use caution with this company they will take advantage of you.

Stayed there for 6 months and was so impressed with the facilities and employees… The girls were awesome Sheri, Julie and Shannon thanks a million… a definite MUST RETURN if I’m ever in the area again and would recommend it 120% for anyone staying in the area as well💙💙
