We have had the pleasure of working with Chillcoots as our General Contractor led by Mark Bjerken during the construction of three personal custom home builds in Winter Park, CO. Building a custom home at 9,000 feet where the ground is covered in snow 6+ months of the year adds additional complexity. Chillcoots is staffed with a fun local crew including experienced project managers and skillful and knowledgeable craftsman. Mark and his team also have longstanding relationships with local sub-contractors which helps ensure your project is completed by professionals in a timely manner. Chillcoots provides transparency via detailed estimations, comprehensive budgeting and sets realistic expectations which limits surprises as your home is constructed.
