Our experience with American Roofing and Restoration was excellent. We had issues with the city that required the job to be stopped mid completion. When a storm caused interior water damage due to the storm (and because of the city stopping the job) the interior repairs were immediately addressed and solved to our satisfaction. Every step of the way Brian was immediately available when we had any questions or concerns. ARR also worked integrally with our insurance company when the job was complete to ensure that the adjusted compensation was just and accurate. This is an honest ethical company. As a Veteran owned company I very much appreciated the veteran discount they offered. My experience was A+

I was so fortunate to have found American Roofing and Restoration to help us with our yard and roof drainage problem. Our drainage issues in our yard resulted in sinking front sidewalk and a hole under our driveway and excess water in the side of the lawn. Although it was a small but complex project, they sat down with us and set the scope of work to do the job right with a forward-thinking plan. Brett and Brian provided amazing service, including holding my hand through a potentially sensitive HOA issue. American Roofing has been amazing to work with. The level of service and design considerations have been far above anyone I have worked with in the past. The entire team was professional down to the last detail and very friendly and helpful to work with. Brian and Brett came up with a plan to correct all the drainage problems. The follow up to check on the work was amazing too. They stand behind their work. I like that. Their excellent work has been instrumental in improving the appearance and function of our property. Their price was very reasonable, they are very responsive and address any issue that comes up promptly, and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Since I am in the process of selling my home, I really needed my skylight and roof repaired quickly after the inspection report. Brian was very responsive and understanding of my situation and sent out a crew immediately to get the job done. In addition, he offered to inspect the roof at the home I will be moving into when I mentioned that the inspection there revealed hail damage. Consequently, it looks like a new roof will be installed which will save me thousands of dollars. My entire family has worked with Brian on many different projects for the last 7 years. He and his team single handily salvaged many personal affects from the Colorado flooding years ago, when otherwise we would have lost those items. He has always been transparent and worked with speed with all tasks within his control. His team has always done a good job cleaning up after projects are done, and they have always been polite with me and my wife. When comparing his pricing to other contractors in the Northern Colorado area, his are comparable or better. Brian has replaced several roofs on two of my homes, fully renovated a main floor in a 1500 sq/ft. home, completed flood restoration, and completed electrical work on the exteriors of my homes. They not only did a profession job installing, but added flashing at the valleys inside joints to keep rain water within the gutter during gulley washer rains. Do not recommend this company. Nothing but the blame game on employees. Been waiting MONTHS to get the roof done. It is either the employees call in sick. Employees quit. Employees broke the truck. Supplies have been sitting around for over a week. Getting quite irritated. Ready to pull the plug and find someone else. This is ridiculous! Never again will we go with this company.

American installed Drip Guards across the front of our house and alsoadded a downspout. This solved a problem of water dripping onto thesidewalk and freezing in the winter. They did a great job and solved the problem.

I hired Brian & his crew of merry mess makers, back in Nov. 2017.............To date they still have never finished the job...It was always one opps after another, wrong door, broken door jam,...after 3 replacements, they finally got the door right,.....kinda..There is a very looong list of things that never were right..Really a night mare,...So, just because someone wears the American flag for a shirt,...doesn't mean much,....I guess. What a BIG, disappointment...Be prepared for quite a ride, and wait, if you hire this company..Sorry Brian,...you really dropped the ball.
