Mike was super helpful, responsive and accommodating in looking for, touring and applying to his rental. As we were looking from out of town Mike worked with some local friends to help tour the place and even lowered the initial price of the rental to fit within our budget. We ultimate did not go with the rental as we are not moving to Denver anymore but could not recommend Mike more!

Avoid this company! I signed a 5 month sublease, a month into it our management changed to Ascent Multifamily. After move out we received zero communication for 30+ days before being sent an invoice for 20hrs of painting, 15 hours of labor, and 3 cleaning fees of $250, $253, and $275.They are charging us to completely repair a property that they just took management possession of.We paid a pet deposit and submitted move in sheets to our former management company. Mike claims that we were never allowed to have a pet although we agreed with our former management company. He is dishonest about the invoices and refuses to refund the rest of our deposit.

Mike left us in the dust 7 months into it, leading us to believe he and his team could and would do our project. We were very clear upfront what our budget and scope was. He couldn’t just be frank and honest with us when we told him in March this is what our budget was. Rather he continued telling us things such as yeah materials on his other projects came in under quote, he’ll have me meet with his painter, etc. 7 months later he is using the architect’s plans as an excuse to not move forward with the job, after he sat on the drawings for a good month, claiming it was incomplete, assigning a project manager who had the wrong set of drawings, and clueless to what was happening. At least we found out the true colors of this company and their level of unprofessionalism and incompetence before I signed a contract with them and started tearing down our walls. Steer clear, seems they just like to talk a big talk but barely does the walk.
