Needed drywall repair and got a recommendation from someone who has used them before. They are very professional in their business approach. Kevin did a great job repairing holes in a ceiling, was careful of my things around the work area, and cleaned up after both work days. We had trouble getting information from insurance companies so the work start date went a little longer out than I had planned. Good job Tom, Terri and Kevin.

Ryan and Blue Ribbon Exteriors and Construction went above and beyond to make sure that the insurance carrier for one of my clients paid for the entire repair. Before Ryan got involved, the carrier was trying to get my client to settle for substandard work and refusing to follow Construction codes. Highly recommend Ryan and his team.

Ryan has gone above and beyond to make sure our home was not only repaired, but made whole again. Communication was outstanding! So to be honest me and Blue Ribbon did not get off on the right foot, as I didn't understand what was taking so long. I spoke with Ryan and after he explained to me that he does not do business like most contractors, and that he takes the time to go to bat for his customers with insurance companies, (witch mine was being difficult) everything got straightened out. Ryan cares about his customers, and advocates for them with the insurance companies to ensure that the customer gets what they need without getting screwed over or short changed by insurance. In my case, he even jumped through hoops that my mortgage company was putting up. The finished work that Ryan and the guys did is not only beautiful, but also top notch craftsmanship that went far beyond just meeting the minimum code requirements. Ryan expects his work to stand the test of time. I could not be happier. In today’s world, it is rare when you find a contractor capable of and willing to take on another contractor’s failed construction project. Ryan and his team did a great job restoring a kitchen after water damage in 2019. Recently (2022) I had some taxes to take care of and had a problem finding a receipt. Ryan took a ton of time out of his day to help me out, and those who have ever needed a specific piece of paper for the tax man know how stressful it can be. Four months later and still waiting for them to finish a job that will only take two days at the most. Had dumpster there and didn’t use for trash in backyard, then had dumpster picked up and we still have backyard full of the original trash. Do NOT recommend this company

We had Blue Ribbon come out after the recent hail storm to do an estimate. They found multiple things that several other companies missed. They are working with the insurance company and are handling all the repairs from the roof, gutters, windows, siding, etc. So thankful I don't have to deal with multiple contractors. Your experience may be different, but we contracted with them right after there was a reorganization/restructure of the company, which resulted in the project lead being removed from the company two times and having to effectively start over. We had such a positive experience during the mold remediation part of the project that we persisted way too long in trying to get the follow-up remodel project off the ground. However, after two months and many miscommunications, both parties agreed to end the relationship. To their credit, we did end somewhat amicably, although we agreed to disagree on the final terms of what was owed. I would suggest getting recommendations from recent customers to see if things have changed since our experience. I wish no ill will on them, but given the stress we were already going through in other areas of life, this was too much for us and we were much happier with someone else.
