Fantastic! I have had several roof replacements in a relatively short amount of time because of hail. I worked with another company for my first replacement. The same company came back after a hail storm and told me the roof was not done well and was a lower grade than what should have been used. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot! After sending them away (obviously) I was recommended by a friend to contact Kevin at Reliable Roofing. I will never be in need of another roofer! He is so incredible to work with. He came and walked me through every step of the process, worked directly with the insurance adjuster and pointed out so many things that helped me get the best out of my claim. I later purchased another house near by, which needed a new roof before the purchase finalized and Kevin, in true fashion, got it done in a very tight timeline! Will recommend to anyone in the areas he services. Thank you Kevin for making an otherwise stressful process a walk in the park!

I called Reliable Roofing and Restoration to come and inspect my roof for insurance purposes. They sent a technician named Axel 2 days later! Axel was amazing. He was professional, so courteous and nice. After his inspection, he gave a detailed, specific and knowledgeable report. The company would not let me pay them!! I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and generosity. It is so gratifying to find a company and technician like Axel and Reliable, especially when you here how many dishonest roofing company's there are. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Reliable Roofing and the person that managed our job, Matt, are awesome! What a great company, and more importantly, Matt, (right, that's who we talk to, watch supervise, and comment to on the job as our house is being roofed), both are incredible! Admittedly, I've never had our roof replaced, but I was so impressed how Matt lead the team! He was there bringing them food and making sure all his helpers' needs were met. Happy workers, happy and great job done! Matt is so responsive to questions and responds quickly to texts and phone calls. He really cares and goes the extra mile. The project manager Luke had come to my house, along with lots of other companies, after we had several hail storms over the course of a week. Now I wish so badly I would have gone with Reliable from the very beginning. I lost their contact info so I had to sign with another company..and then another..and then another. I had gone through 3 companies, a lawsuit, and no end to my roof in sight. Thankfully Luke came back by my house and said “No pressure but I can have your roof completed by next week.” That’s all I needed to hear. We canceled with the third company I had signed with who still had not ordered materials or given me any sort of date, and I signed with Reliable on the spot. He was not joking, less than one week later my roof is DONE!! He had materials ordered the day after I signed and they were delivering shortly after. Luke is super down to earth and easy to work with and he means what he says! They also came in under budget. Can’t say enough good about Reliable, just do it.

Luke and his team were great and roof turned out awesome. Done within a day or two. We had an intense wind storm a few weeks after completion and held up against the elements. Luke even made a quick stop out to check that everything was all good. Highly recommend.

Probably the best customer service I've seen. Only 30 minutes after I called, Luke called me and said he happened to be close by. Within 10 minutes he was on my roof checking out the leak. He put a couple beads to seal things up and told me to let them know if the leak continues. Luke is awesome and the company is great too. Thank you guys! Gave me peace of mind!

Matt and his team have been great with the hail damage claim I needed to file with insurance. They were able to handle negotiations between my insurance directly and professionally. He has been very nice and patient with me. Thanks to him, I can now feel at ease with my roof after having some major issues. The guys working on my roof were great as well. We called Reliable a couple months back when we were finally ready to tackle the hail damage that we got hit by last May, Luke reached out the same day and set up and appointment to come inspect the roof. He showed up on time and walked me threw the process of what getting a new roof looks like, we went up on the roof and he instantly noticed a hole in my roof that I had not seen previously. He got quick to work patching to hole making sure no further damage was done, after inspecting the roof Luke felt confident that I would be eligible for a roof under my insurance. At that point Luke and his team took it over and I sat back and enjoyed weekly updates from Luke about the process (fighting with insurance of course.) Luke was able to get us a new roof covered under our insurance policy. The guys showed up on time & worked threw mild rain to get the job completed. Luke also followed up with me the next day with photos of the job being worked on and completed. I recommend Luke & Reliable roofing to anybody needing their homes roof taken care of!

Ryan Blalock and his team were incredible. He patiently walked us through our options and the process, told us what to expect and made us feel comfortable with the entire roofing experience from insurance through gutters. Side note: Ryan has a great personality and sense of humor. Does that matter? It does to me.His team was professional, fast, reliable, and detail oriented. Project manager Tyler was awesome and was present to supervise the team to ensure quality. We have a smaller home but Ryan and Tyler both treated us like we had a mansion. When the County inspector finished walking the roof he had nothing but high praise, saying they did a fantastic job and he hasn't seen work this good in some time.I realize this review may seem over the top but dang, when you find a company this good you owe it to others to pass along the information.Do NOT use just any company that knocks on your door after a hail storm. Its tempting. But these guys are the real deal!

I chose Reliable Roofing to give me a new roof after a 2-hour long hail storm in May of 2023. I had solar panels that needed to be detached as well as have the new roof installed and then reset the solar panels. The roofing guys got the job done in a day and they cleaned up extremely well. Firestone had a problem with inspectors so it took a couple of days to get the inspection done and then the Solar Company management wasn't too easy to work with but the job all got done and I'm very satisfied with the work. Rich the contractor kept me informed at all stages and never seemed to lose his patience with me although he probably was mumbling and screaming as he drove away from my house each time! I would choose them to do a new roof but I hope I don't have that decision to make for at least another 10 years.

Our neighbor was having their roof replaced and that’s how we met Ryan, I asked him if he could take a look at our roof and he went and got his ladder and went up & checked ours out. He then explained all the damage we had from the 2 hail storms. He’s very prompt, showed up early for the adjuster and went above and beyond for us, we had to go out of town the day the roof went on, he stayed around and made sure everything was cleaned up when they finished.
