We needed a new deck on the back of our house. We wanted it covered. Florencio listened to all of our requests and gave us a very fair bid. He worked with the city to make sure that everything was up to code. His team was eager, on time, professional, and arrived every morning on time. Attention to detail was amazing and our deck looks like it was part of the original design of our house. We love our new space with lights, ceiling fans and even a drink rail!Service: Deck construction

Exceedingly pleased with the work done by Florencio and his crew. We had a new trex deck built on the back of our house (off the second (main) floor, it's a daylight basement), as well as open up a current window and install new patio sliders (and drywall/trim) to access the new deck. The quality is excellent. The crew was nice, considerate of cleanliness, and sectioned off the rest of our house from the door opening to keep dust/debris outside. They even accommodated our request to not install the door on a cold snowy day :) The cost and construction draw schedule was very fair, and Florencio was easy to get a hold of and communicates well.

Florencio is genuine and stands behind is workmanship. We hired Florencio(JR) to complete a deck extension and replace our slider doors. The committed timelines weren’t even close to being on track. We had to constantly reach out and ask for updates because nothing was happening especially after we made each payment installment. Florencio told us we did not need a permit but we opted to get one anyway and we failed 5 inspections that we know of. Our inspector actually told us that they were cutting corners. The guys that worked on our project kept claiming that JR wasn’t paying them and they eventually stopped showing up. JR finally sent someone to finish the job and he did the best he could. The quality of work is not what I expected for what we paid. And worst of all, he had one of his guys relocate a sprinkler line which is under the concrete they poured and it’s now leaking and we can’t get JR to respond and repair. Definitely would not recommend Rodriguez Remodeling for any work.Services: General construction, Home renovations, Deck construction, Foundation pouring, Remodeling, Patio construction

We had tile replaced in our bathroom and the job that Florencio's team performed is outstanding. It looks better than I thought it would and I'm so happy. Florencio and his team were on time - if they said they'd be here at 9, they were here at 9. Our expectations were managed and we were kept updated throughout the process. Never showed up for an estimate that was rescheduled 4+ times.As a reply to the owner, you spoke to my husband and were supposed to show up at 10 am today, we made special accommodations to be home for the appointment, you never called or showed up. Thanks for your reply!
