I am a property manager in Cherry Creek and Hammersmith Roofing did repairs on a section of our roof. They not only monitored for leaks for weeks afterwards, they continued the repairs. They are great at gutters and have been working to solve poor drainage as much as possible! They sealed a skylight that had been leaking for months and succeeded in making the leak stop. I am the onsite Community Manager at The Peloton Condominiums in Boulder, CO. We are a high end, mid-rise complex with flat EPDM tapered roofs. Hammersmith Roofing has performed some small roof patch work, and corrected some roof scuppers for us, all done in a timely manner and with professionalism and care.
