Ideal Roofing and Solar is fantastic! I needed a roof inspection report for my insurance company. My roof was done a few years ago and was having difficulty proving it was in good condition. Jake took time out of their busy schedule to perform the inspection. He was quick to get me on the schedule and complete my request. I was super impressed with attention to detail. We needed to have our roof replaced and whole house/fence painted due to hail damage. We had gotten quotes from several companies and really appreciated the time Jake took to explain the whole process, not just what was involved in the roof replacement but also the claim process. Ideal handled all the permits with the city, worked directly with my insurance company, met the adjuster for the inspection, pointed out what the adjuster had missed and kept me informed the entire time. Everyone that came to my house was very personable, friendly and had smiles on their faces. They genuinely seemed happy to be there and enjoy their job. Jake Fairbanks helped through the whole process. He helped me with my claim and making sure my insurance covered what they should. He was always polite and answered my texts, call or emails even on the weekend. The team that did the roof was great and they did it fast. I received quotes from tons of roofers and Ideal were by far the most professional! With the hail storms roofers were busy and most companies didn't even show up to their appointments on time. Ideal took longer to explain the process and ensure we were happy. The roof was completed on time and they handled all of the permits with the city.

I'm very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship provided, and the professionalism exhibited by Ideal. I dealt mainly with Jake, and then James when the roof was being replaced, and both of these guys, plus the crew, are really top notch. I can't recommend them any higher, they really know their business and it's been a pleasure dealing with them.Just wanted to provide an update, now that the job is completely finished. The replacement gutters were installed quickly, and the additional gutters I asked for were installed exactly where and how I asked. The painters showed up a day after the gutters were installed, and they also did a great job. I was very happy that the gutters and painting occurred only two days after the roof replacement was completed, unlike some of my neighbors who waited for weeks to have everything completed. Highly recommended!!! I’ve had two roof leaks in the past month. Jake has come out quickly to diagnose the source of the problem. Despite his busy schedule and with all the recent hail damage in our area, he takes the time to ensure I am educated on what is happening, shares images from the roof, and gives a fair quote. The work gets done quickly and I’m confident in the repairs. We have had substantial rain and the first repairs stood up to the challenge! I have now doubt that this next repair will be just as successful. I am planning to paint my home in the next year and will most definitely continue with Ideal Roofing and Solar for all future needs! Not only did they do a great and timely job of replacing our hail damaged roof and painting our exterior, but they helped us deal with our bank and insurance company, who were resistant to paying for the damage. Jake and Phil both went the extra mile to get us information we needed to present to our insurer and actually communicated directly with them as well. I met Phil when I was riding through my neighborhood to the local coffee shop. We got to talking and he offered to come look at my roof, which I was already considering getting replaced. He told me that since there was a major hail storm the previous year and I had t-lock shingles, I could probably get it all replaced on an insurance claim. He made that a smooth and painless process and now I have a beautiful new roof for a fraction of the cost of what I would have paid for it otherwise. Phil and the whole Custom Onside team are my favorite experience since becoming a homeowner, just awesome!
