Friendly office staff and installers. I wish I knew about Performance Roofing from the get go of all my projects. From the estimate to completion there were no headaches. Any calls I made to them were answered or returned promptly. I had my gutters and downspouts replaced and will use them in the future without hesitation for any home projects which arise. Lyle's explanation of the products I could chose from was better than the other companies and his quote was the best I got. They came when they promised: dropped off shingles one day, took off the old shingles replaced them with new, and put on the gutters the next day. They did an excellent job of cleaning up the old shingles and removing them as well. Lyle was there to check progress both days.
