We hired Prestige Exterior to add mahogany flower boxes, wood siding, and wrap-around the existing flower box and are very pleased with the final product. It gave our home much needed curb appeal! It looks beautiful!We ran out of material during the project and had to wait months to get more wood due to supply chain issues with the other company that we bought it from. Prestige was super patient and was happy to finish up the job when our wood finally came in.They also had the most competitive estimate out of the other companies I reached out to for the project.We are so happy with how our house turned out. It’s the prettiest one on the block now. I highly recommend this company!

DO NOT HIRE!!! We had gutters and fascia put on by Gerardo and Prestige. I wish I had thoroughly read these reviews because every one star review marches our experience. At this point, we will have to pay someone else to redo the fascia that has now blown off our house twice. The first time we had to get Angi/Home Advisor to threaten them after their extreme non-responsiveness. They showed up and made a not good enough fix which blew off again. Flying sharp pieces of metal are very dangerous. It has hardly been a year. So frustrated!! Calling Angi one more time and hopefully getting a refund to get it fixed again by another company.Service: Exterior structural repairs

Gerardo and crew did a fantastic job on my gutters and trim work! They were friendly and efficient. The only problem I had with them was Gerardo being a little slow on getting back to me at times (I do understand being busy and personal matters, though). Overall, incredibly pleased with the work they did for my house!

We have been working with prestige exteriors since august of 2018 to get our siding replaced after a hail storm drastically damaged our home. The company eagerly helped us with estimates to submit to our insurance to get the funds to fix our home. After a long battle, we got the funds and gave prestige the check endorsed by our mortgage company IN FULL in September of 2019. Since then, the company has been lacking in ALL forms of customer service. We are consistently given excuses why 4 months later we still have had no repairs started when they have all the funds. Excuses range from the supplier not dropping supplies, the work teams being scheduled out and unavailable, back to the supplier excuse, being transferred to other employees to handle our repairs, employees taking vacations and being unavailable to communicate our status, and the main office simply not answering the phone or returning calls. These excuses arrive in plenty when and only when we finally get someone to call or text us back. The failed execution of this company to stay in contact, update us on our repairs, properly schedule delivery of materials, and the repairs of our home is unacceptable. At this point I am going to ensure my mortgage company assists me in the fight to have the funds returned so I can locate a more capable contracting company that takes their work and satisfaction of customers seriously. The lack of responsibility on their part is horrid and I wish this frustration on no one. My spouse's job is due to transfer us and this company is withholding our ability to close this insurance claim and fix our home to sell it. They were helpful until they got the check for their services and now it is a daily fight to attempt to hold them accountable for the job they were paid to do. I am extremely disappointed and deeply frustrated.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. My house was severely damaged in the hail storms in June 2018 and I did not know the process in which it would be fixed. In August 2018 I gave them a check for $16,000 and after doing minimal work until November 2018 I was informed they would be going to Mexico for the holidays. They returned in February 2019 and did horrible work, there was a new crew every time they returned. They stopped returning text messages and phone calls, and did not return until July 2019. I allowed them to set their own deadlines which they always missed. I found out they for subcontracting under the table and when I asked for the receipts, they could not provide any records or account for any money. Straight garbage. Speaking of garbage, they left trash all across my yard until several weeks ago in March 2020. They were very unprofessional, I'm not even sure if this is a real company, they can all go to hell.

things started out rocky the first crew did not know how to install the panels I purchased but after I got Mario involved the new crew did a great job on two side but did not finish. Hector and Jorge tried to finish the job on their own but their two sided didn't pass inspection. later I found out Mario was let go from the company. they still haven't called us back to complete the job. we now have to hire someone new to get a final inspection
