Me and my mom were looking for a paint company after getting a few quotes we decided to go with Top builders for our painting project. Gil and Top Builders painting team are true professionals. I found them through online review channels and indeed, the positive reviews were accurate. They did many drywall repairs throughout my house followed by interior painting. There is no need to look for another painter, if you value responsiveness, excellent communication and excellent work. I appreciate Gil's fair pricing structure and his honesty in helping me determine the best value/course of action. I will be using them again for my next round of painting projects very soon. Eli and the team of Top builders did a very good job from initial meeting to final sign-off. We had them finish 1100 square feet of basement in a nearly finished format, they finished to drywall and hung doors. Project management was always accessible and kept me up to date on sub-contractors. Basement remodeling Project was finished in the timeframe they committed to at the start. I definitely recommend Top builders team for your basement remodel project.

We just finished a bathroom remodel using Top builders Design and Remodel , with Eli as our project manager. They are by far one of the best remodel contractors around! Their prices were reasonable, and their service was great! Eli went with us to help us pick out the materials we wanted and kept in constant communication every step of the way. When unexpected problems arose (which will happen with any remodel), the owner of the company himself came out and offered us a choice of possible solutions at no extra cost to us. When we had trouble finding a vanity that we liked, Eli spent many hours online trying to find the perfect vanity, and when that didn’t work, the company had a custom vanity built for us. Everyone we dealt with was extremely nice and wanted to make sure that we loved everything about our new bathroom (which we do!). We highly recommend them!

I had a roof that was leaking into my living room. Top Builders came out the same day I called to give me a quote. They fixed the leak, changed the underlayment and shingles in the part that was leaking. I didn’t have to change the whole roof, and it looks great. Quality service, great guys. Had them out for a quote today and had a very pleasant experience. Gil came out and looked over my roof and showed me a couple options. He didn’t pressure us or try to sell us things we didn’t need. He did give us every detail from type of material to cost and was very upfront about everything. What he didn’t know is that he wasn’t the first estimator that has come out. He noticed things the others didn’t, he explained the what and why and at the end of it they even had the best price. Would absolutely recommend Top Builders roofing to everyone I know.

Can't say enough great things about my experience with gil and his crew. The quality of their work and attention to detail, all within a two day turn around was amazing. Gil is very hands on and keeps you informed every step of the way. His crew is punctual, focused and barely takes any breaks.
