I'm sorry to have to do this because initially our experience with the company was so positive but this week has been pretty terrible.Some history: We got a full replacement for our siding and trim, including window trim, just over a year ago. The siding looks fantastic and so we were generally happy at the time.But come this spring, we had a leak in the extension of our house. We also had a new roof put recently on so called our roof team out to take a look. The roof team however performed a water test where they flushed hose-level water all over the roof and skylights...no leaking occurred. So then they flushed the water over the siding and one of the windows...leaking occurred within a minute. Upon further inspection, the window completely lacked water sealing caulking and all the siding joints (where two separate pieces of siding come together) were lacking flashing, which is standard best practices for any siding installation.The water test and temporary caulking by the roof crew cost us a pretty penny and the leak is still not fixed nor does our siding have flashing.I have now called Adrian 5 times, left 3 voicemails, and called the main United office 3 times. No one has called me back, no one is offering any solution, no one is accepting any responsibility for what are clearly some serious oversights.Adrian was very helpful during the initial work but is now MIA and it appears his construction crew made some very large and crucial errors that United is not willing to address. We have more rain coming, hoping these issues don't cost us even more than they already have.Unless these guys can remedy their issues quickly and make up for the money they've already cost us, I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.

We had an excellent experience with United windows and Siding. We had 3 basement windows replaced and they did a great job! They even took the stickers off the windows and cleaned them (bonus)! DO NOT HIRE THEM! They are scammers, take your money, promise you work then never show up or call. We’ve now been ghosted after them promising us a refund in 14 days SIX WEEKS AGO. We signed our contract for new windows in September of LAST YEAR and patiently waited as Adrian promised us multiples different completion dates. Still no windows + now still no refund. Will be going to court. Please save yourself from this horrible situation we are now in, with no money to get new windows we DESPERATELY need, as our children’s room windows are broken so the elements are a huge problem for them. We spent many days this summer sleeping in the basement because it was too hot to be upstairs due to the broken windows. All because Adrian took our money, overbooked himself and won’t refund his clients for work that was never completed. So so so disappointed and praying this doesn’t happen to anyone else!

United Windows took care of my siding after a wind storm. Adrian and his crew were very easy to deal with and helped me navigate thru the insurance aspect of things as well. He personally contacted me several times throughout the project which was very comforting since I was inexperienced in dealing with such a task. From the insurance to even helping me pick colors, the United crew was fast and completed the project in 1 day. Yes, 1 day! I was amazed how quickly they transformed my home's look and the quality of their workmanship is superb.
