Our home in Ft.Collins was involved in a fire accident that unfortunately resulted in major smoke / soot related damages. We were strongly recommended to go with All Phase Restoration for the restoration work by 2 trusted independent local sources. We are so glad that we decided to move forward with All Phase despite the fact that we had another restoration company at our doorstep addressing the immediate aftermath of the fire. Our first point of contact was Nate the following day when he showed up at our home and provided a clear, fully transparent and honest appraisal of the situation and the expected timelines for a restoration project of this scale. Through this process we also deeply appreciated the fact that he stood by the scope of the restoration project that he had outlined to return the property to the original condition. He also helped support us through the insurance claim process despite our initial conflicts with the insurance adjustor. Once the project scope was fully aligned our project manager (Kyler G.) took over. Kyler was extremely organized, professional and deeply empathetic to our situation. He was detail oriented and took great care in every aspect of this restoration. He was fully transparent, honest and always available to discuss. Any problems that came up were quickly and efficiently dealt with. Kyler and team’s outstanding quality of work reflects a high level of integrity and trust. Once the work was completed, they also followed-up and were available for help as needed. We are extremely grateful for this support when we were at our most difficult period. Our home is now brand new and looks much more beautiful than we had imagined. We strongly recommend Kyler, Nate and the AP crew!

lack of complete use of covering materials for drapes, cabinets, furniture when cutting and tearing out wall and ceiling board; using low rate independent poorly skilled painters and ceiling trim contractors (sloppy work, un matching paint, ceiling trim replacement with gaps), not painting utility room which had been soaked with rusty hot water; not replacing door trim that had swelled and separated at bottom…just painted over it and left the gaps; not patching and painting wall corners where their ladders and other equipment made small gouges; dissuaded resident from going to hotel by saying as long as you can use the toilet and walk and balance yourself in between 13 extremely loud heaters, dehumidifiers, air purifiers, to cook, then the insurance won’t cover the hotel. Did not replace main kitchen lighting that was cracked during flooding. Putting glossy paint next to flat paint. Did not replace indoor outdoor carpet in kitchen that had been soaked with flood water. Did not replace slate tile that had been soaked with flood water. Took 8 months to ‘complete’ job in a 700 sq ft condominium.

All the employees were outstanding ... considerate, pleasant, thoughtful, knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make living in chaos doable. They offered to carry furniture and closet contents to the hall storage and to move things into boxes etc.At 82 years old I have limitations on the weight I can carry. After running into an ugly issue with carpenter ants, resulting from excess moisture, my insurance company recommended I contact All Phase Restoration. They gave me a bid which, at the time seemed rather high, but I hired them because them came highly recommended. The workers came and, after getting excellent assistance from the exterminators with the terrible carpenter ants infestation, they totally remediated the moisture issue. We live in the Kansas City area and depended on them to get the job done right, which they did--very well. Our HOA board members stepped in on them to help us monitor their progress and were very, very complimentary of the All Phase workers, their attitude and their work. All Phase satisfactorily completed the work and left our condo in spotless condition. We highly recommend them.

Over the next days and weeks, we needed monitoring along with constant communication with the building occupants and All Phase was excellent in every aspect. I won't use All Phase Restoration again. They were supposed to simply come in and seam my carpet where it had been cut and rolled back for all of the plumbing work that needed to be done. The person they sent out was a sub-contractor who claimed my carpet shrunk (impossible since the carpet is synthetic and has never been wet) and that's why he did a terrible job seaming. Danielle at All Phase agreed the work looked terrible. After waiting for a resolution for a week (even though I'd been promised more regular follow-up), I received an email this morning stating that it would cost them (and by extension me) too much to do the work correctly so they are going to wave all of my final charges (less than $500) and walk away.On the one hand, at least I don't have to worry about more unprofessional and shoddy work. On the other hand, they did shoddy work and won't fix it without charging me. Luckily, we feel we can live with it until we need to replace the carpets. The attached pictures were after the repairs were "complete."2 Stars because they offered some resolution by waving our final charges. Had they not waved the final charge, they'd only receive 1 Star. That said, I certainly will never look to use them again due to poor communication and workmanship.

Basically lip service for starting date and then kept making excuses and moving date back. Nate is a very good liar. Had to eventually hire a different company. Ive used All Phase on multiple occasions. Adrian took care of me this time. When i called on late friday night, he came right over and educated me on exactly what was affected by the water and what needed to be done. As well as how the insurance process works. He communicated everyday when he planned on coming over to check on the equipment and make sure everything was drying properly. My experience with All Phase Restoration was the best I have ever had working with a contractor. We had a flood from the upstairs bathroom and needed carpets pads replaced, trim replaced, drywall repair and painting. My project manger, Jeremy was excellent! He was very professional, courteous and dependable. He was in constant communication with me and was sensitive to my schedule and got the job completed in a very timely manner. We had some sewer backup in our basement which required an emergency team to spray and tear out carpet. They were great! Ann put together an estimate for the remainder of the work very quickly. We then worked with Jess to get new carpeting and more spray. He was wonderful to work with and very quick to respond to all of my questions. The carpets were installed beautifully. Couldn’t have asked for a better team. We are very happy with the work that was done and would definitely use them again if we need to.
