I would highly recommend Windsor Duct Cleaning to anyone. We had our ducts & dryer vent cleaned today by Parker and he did such a great job! The price we were quoted is what we paid. From the initial scheduling with the office to the arrival of our technician the communication was great. We will be definitely be returning customers after our experience today!

Hunter just left my house and did a wonderful job with cleaning out my vents. I have a German Shepard and 2 cats and so I’m sure there was a lot of pet hair/dust built up. He was polite and took his time. He also cleaned out my dryer vent which I’m sure was really gunked up. It’s so nice to start out the year with clean vents. The cost was the same as what they quoted me over the phone. Thank you Windsor Duct Cleaning for a professional job and great customer service. I will refer them to friends/clients in the future!

I recently moved in to a house in the severance area and wanted to get rid of a slight cigarette smell that was lingering. I called Windsor Duct Cleaning after calling a couple other air duct cleaners in the area. I almost immediately knew that this was the company I had to go with. It was family owned. I spike with Becky on the phone and was filled in on the process she thought would best fit my home. She emailed me a straight forward quote breaking down any fees/services. They were a fraction of the price of other companies I spoke with. One company even quoted me 4x what the quote here was...Once it was time for the cleaning Parker reached out to let me know he was in his way. Once at my residence he explained everything was very polite and knowledgeable. Throughout the cleaning process he would show me before and after photos of some of the vents in my house.Needless to say this is a phenomenal company that offers transparent work. After seeing everything that was cleaned out I will add this to a must do on any house I reside in.Plus their sanitizer works wonders and smells great in the house!Highly reccomend anyone looking to get ducts cleaned to just call Windsor Duct Cleaning. Don't waste your time shopping around like I did.

Clayton did an excellent job cleaning our ducts. He informed us when he was on his way to our house and he explained everything he was doing. He was mindful of our housecats during the process and he solved the mystery of the location of our dryer vent. Our vents hadn't been cleaned before and it gave us peace of mind finally having it done, especially the dryer vent which was seriously full of lint which is a safety hazard.
