We had some major issues with melt water freezing on our deck and driveway causing a hazard only remediated with hours of labor. Bill had a solution that has completely eliminated the problem and he had it installed and ready to go on short notice before the snow really started to accumulate late last fall. I called after I had ceiling damage from an ice dam last spring. They recommended installing roof tape. They arrived as scheduled. The service was efficient and courteous. After the work was complete they cleaned up and Bill took the time to answer questions and explain how the system worked. When we had the first major snowfall this year Bill even stopped by at a moments notice to check whether everything was working as designed. (It was.) If you have a similar problem I highly recommend that you “Call Bill!”
