We are very pleased after working with PrimeCo Exteriors for our roof repair after a windstorm caused damage. Ryan was extremely responsive and very professional. He answered all questions promptly, even communicating on weekends, and we cannot be more satisfied with the work. PrimeCo Exteriors completed the roof repair in one day! They also installed the gutters quickly, and worked in coordination with our solar contractor (we had roof mounted solar panels needing replaced as we live off-grid) so that we had zero electric down time! We are so grateful to Ryan and PrimeCo Exteriors for explaining the insurance claim process and helping communicate with our insurer as well. Prime CoCame out when others said they would and never showed. They were on time and completed the job in a very timely manor. They finished sheeting the roof after I started it and was unable to complete because to be honest was just to hard on me. There crew finished sheeting in one day and did a fantastic job. We had an significant water leak in our kitchen and basement on Jan 2nd due to what looks to be an ice dam on the roof. I cold called PrimeCo, and Ryan (owner) came immediately over to help. Not only did he get everything in order to replace the roof as fast as he could, he was there during the whole demo taking photos and updating me through the process since we were unable to be there. The prior roof was poorly done, so decking had to be replaced and he advised us on how to make the roof as solid as possible for the future. His workmanship is top notch, and I will be using PrimeCo to help repair the damaged siding too. We also have a house in Littleton and he'll be replacing our hail damaged roof there too. Ryan has also been helping me navigate insurance claims and lending support though all these unfortunate issues, making it less stressful. I highly recommend PrimeCo without hesitation!

Fall 2023Ryan and his crew replaced our old vinyl siding with a composite siding after wrapping it with insulation. All of the gutters were also replaced. Ryan painted the house using 3 different coordinating colors and added an architectural detail to the roofline that added extra charm. The completed project looked even better than we could have dreamed possible.Ryan listened and answered all of our questions. His crew was also very conscientious in picking up after themselves each day.Working with a local company was important to us as well. I've had PrimeCo Exteriors do work at my house twice. A couple of years ago Ryan rebuilt my terrible, sagging, peeling front porch in redwood. He also installed a new gutter and tore off some rotted decorative beams and completely remade the entryway onto my porch. It transformed the front of my little house. Just last week he finished rebuilding a 300 linear-ft cedar fence in my back yard that blew down in December 2021, using drill pipes for posts so it would not blow down again. He does great work and has very good communication skills. He always texts to provide updates on when he will arrive and is always there at the time he told me. His crew also was great and helped problem solve my new gate lock installation. Had hail damage to my roof and skylights on June 21, 2023 with egg sized hail. Ryan Railey and his crew were able to get my re-roof finished in August. The backup locally was tremendous due to the large number of claims. He was able to get me Class 4 shingles in a great color. Re-roof took 1 day! Crew was professional. PrimeCo finished our huge roof in two days. The crew tore off several layers and hauled off several big trailers full of old shake and asphalt shingles and left the yard clean and free of nails. We were worried that the crown moulding would be damaged on our 120 year old historical house but they installed the plywood and flashing without breaking or cracking it and preserved this historical look to the house.
