I got recommended to work with Frank after a friend had recently got work done with his company and I'm very happy with the results. He managed a project that included:- repainting an entire house- epoxy coating flooring for a 3 bay garage- Hardwood floor refinish- Removing interior load baring wall and install beam- Custom Wainscoting in dining room and bedroom- Removing Wall paper- Installing wall paper- Electrical work to move outlets and light switchesThis was a huge project and the first big renovation I have done. Frank was communicative through the whole process and delivered an amazing product. I would use his company again and work with him, and actually plan to get projects done around the house.Since he has finished this work I even got some help to cut existing granite to fit new stove top. His company has been great to work with. I will have to take some professional photos to share on this review!

Frank responded quickly to my request to have him come out to give an estimate for our bathroom and ceiling in the den. He and his staff were very courteous and professional at all times. They worked very hard and gave us a beautiful makeover for our master bath. Frank kept in touch at all times and answered any questions or concerns that we had. I highly recommend him and will absolutely use him for any future projects!

Frank Rozio and his team painted the inside of my mother’s home, in order to get the house ready for sale. Amazing guys and great to have in the house everyday. Frank and his team just finished painting the exterior of our first home and we couldn’t be more happy! We had old wood siding with peeling paint and rotten boards. They sanded everything down, replaced the rotten boards and did a phenomenal job painting. It took them just a few days, all the guys who came were very friendly and professional. I called Frank. He came and quoted the painting of my basement renovation very quickly with a competitive price. Awesome communication throughout the process. He fit me into the schedule within a week. The crew was fast and did an excellent job painting my entire basement - doors, railings, trim, walls and ceiling primed with 2 coats. Cleaned up the job nice and left me with some extra paint for future dings that I'm sure my toddler will be putting in the walls shortly. Highly recommend.

It was such a value that we increased the scope of the work. Frank and his team had the challenge or finishing and fixing a terrible paint job done by the previous painters, and they had to do it in a very short amount of time. We had Frank and his crew paint our large family room walls, trim, sliding doors, French doors and bay window. The room has never look better. Frank also removed our popcorn ceilings and now we have a perfectly smooth ceiling. Had I known they would look this good I would have done it years ago. Frank is very accommodating and easy to work. He takes ownership for the work done and makes sure you are happy. Frank and his team were excellent! We contacted him to paint several rooms on our main floor, which included wallpaper removal in the kitchen. He was able to start work the next day.
