Steve (Central Contractors) did a fantastic job demolishing an old rotted deck and rebuilding a new much larger deck that wrapped around from the rear to one side of our house. Very professional and knowledgeable. He planned the build and worked on design options to our satisfaction and wrote up an appropriately detailed estimate. Work was done very quickly, every day they were on the job until done except for 1 rain day. I recommend Steve very highly.Service: Deck construction

After being jerked around by another roofing company I was referred to Steve @ Central Contractors. Called him late Friday, he came out Saturday to evaluate the roof, returned Sunday with the contract, we gave a deposit and work began a week later (due to miserable weather). Took 2 days to complete, crew was efficient, neat and very respectful of our property. We're extremely happy with the results. Don't look anywhere else for roof repair. Thanks Steve! We were three days away from closing on our house sale when we had a problem with the toilet vent pipe on our roof. I called Steve at Central Contractors, and he was able to come out within two days and repair the problem in one day. Steve was very responsive and fit us in quickly to help us stay on track with selling our house. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable (he diagnosed the problem from a picture we took using a flashlight at night!), and he left no signs behind to show that he was there except for a repaired pipe. I highly recommend Steve and Central Contractors for roof repair, and I'm sure his other contractor services would be handled in the same excellent manner! Thank you, Steve! A+ service!

I came upon Steve at Central contractors this year when we had an ant problem and thought we had wet walls due to faulty old windows. Steve priced out new windows for us and was very professional in the order of business and providing a proposal. He followed up when the windows arrived and came to do the work the day he said and on time. I fully knew I could trust him and that he was reliable. He won additional work from me a week later by doing carpentry work in our home office. That included an accent wall by adding board and batten molding with new crown and baseboard moldings. Price wound up being higher than we agreed to because of faulty builder installation of our old moldings, but his work was clean and detailed. Definitely money well spent. Steve and his guy came out for a small project that we really needed done - after we struggled to find a contractor who would take such a small job (removing an a/c unit from the 3rd floor of our house that was installed through a wall). Not only was communication and scheduling easy, they arrived on time and finished early, and did a small additional fix for us (a gutter downspout had blown down in a recent storm and needed to be reattached on the third floor) on the spot. The work looks great, and both guys were super professional and friendly. 10/10 would recommend and plan to use again!Service: Remodeling
