The installers did an excellent job, I had terrible old garage doors that had to be custom order for the size, so it took a little longer to come in, but once they arrived DiGiorgi had their Installer schedule right away. We just had the windows and one door in our house replaced by DiGiorgi Roofing & Siding. We would highly recommend this company. They were professional from start to finish. Some of the highlights were:> Timeframes were very accurate in terms of ordering windows and scheduling installation dates.> DiGiorgi was very accommodating to work around our schedule when a medical issue arose.> The teams were very friendly and easy to work with. They did a professional job on the window install itself and the workmanship on both the inside and outside was excellent. Everything about the process was handled very professionally. We had new siding put on our house. Mark in sales was very knowledgeable and straight forward. The crew was hard working and very polite. They did a thorough cleanup every night. The foreman, Mark, from the office came several times a week to check progress and to see if we had any questions or concerns. After the job was completed, the foreman came back to recheck for any concerns. He found small items that we missed. Everything was addressed timely. This was the first time I have hired a home improvement contractor. As a licensed architect I have always hired a contractor to install work I have fully specified. Based upon wanting a more turn key solution for a window replacement project and knowing I wanted to use Marvin's Infinity product I decided to contact DiGiorgi.Having visited the Marvin plant some years ago in Northern Minnesota, where I was introduced to the then new fiberglass window system, I was sold on its benefits over traditional wood / aluminum products (neither vinyl nor vinyl/wood composites were ever under consideration due to longevity and visual concerns).DiGiorgi has window replacements completly figured out! The sales person, Karen, was a terrific communicator, setting up the appointment was easy, the review of proposed replacement windows went smoothly, changes were quickly incorporated and we got to an approved scope and cost quickly.The next step was the verification / detailed measurement process - Bill is a seasoned pro who gave me a great deal of confidence. His review revealed several windows specified with tempered glass that was not needed resulting in significant savings to the project cost.All the planning was completed in late fall. I didn't want the work to commence until the worst of the winter was past and DiGiorgi easily accommodated me. When the windows arrived at their shop they contacted me and we scheduled installation at a later date - they were fine with my schedule.Installation was led by Justin who was also terrific. They kept the site, interior and exterior clean on a daily basis. Justin and the crew earned my trust very quickly. The project, a complete frame out replacement of 13 units with three being large multi window groupings, took about two weeks. They uncovered some rot in sheathing which the took care of as an additional cost but were very fair with the pricing.I plan on a phase 2 project with DiGiorgi in the next 12 to 24 months and highly recommend to others.

From the point of sale to installation I’ve been very impressed with DiGiorgi. My salesman Joseph Deptula explained everything well and helped me purchase a garage door I really needed even when I only invited them out for gutters. Gary and Will were excellent installers, they explained all my products after the install was complete and they cleaned up well. They’ve had excellent communication throughout the process and I’d highly recommend them.

Excellent. I’m a senior who had a smaller gutter job on a small old house, yet they treated my job as important. They did a free, accurate estimate, honored their schedule and installed quality materials. They cleaned up and hauled the old gutters away. Their professionals were expert, skilled, and personable. DiGiorgi technicians came out on Thursday, February 29, 2024 and installed Rain Tech Gutter System. They removed the old gutters and took their time installing the new ones. They were efficient, detail oriented, and cleaned up all the debris before they left. I would definitely recommend them.

Di Gorgie was very responsive. They walked me through the various options so that I could determine what was right for me. They offered a great financing option. Measured my door 3x (at quoting, again before they ordered the door and again prior to install.They exceeded their delivery time by several weeks and offered a stellar warantee.They were great to deal with. The came on time (well slightly late because the Merritt is awful in the AM... but called ahead to let me know they were stuck in traffic and on their way.- which I appreciated tremendously).Door looks great, works great and even has a few bells and whistles that were a fun surprise ( overhead light has a motion detector to turn on when you enter the room + the internal on/off switch provides the time and temp of the room.)I am so happy I decided to go with DiGiorgi.

We're being left confused right now b/c we don't even know at this time if any work will be done for us or not. It's been 6 weeks now that we got an estimate for fixing a LEAK in the roof. Their salesperson came out, we explained where we suspected the leak and that basically other roofers that we had come out for estimates confirmed. So without ever going on the roof he gave us an estimate, price was reasonable and since this company has done great work for us prior, we decided lets go with the "true and tried". 4 weeks later we still haven't gotten an appointment. I call to make sure we've not been forgotten. I was told the salesperson that had come out will call us back. Haven't heard anything for 2 weeks, so I call him directly and he goes "you have holes in the chimney cap that's where your leak is " (then why didn't we get a phone call to let us know we don't need a roofer we need someone that repairs chimneys?) Anyhow, i asked him how would he know (since he hasn"t been on the roof or anyone else of the company). And he tells me something about google map and satellite pics......are you kidding me right now?!?! I told him i find that very odd b/c the other 3 roofers (btw 2 of which also do chimney repairs) who actually had been on the roof never said anything about holes in the chimney cap or that the issue was there. So he finally decides that maybe he needs to come out with a ladder and go on the roof and if i was home that day. I said yes and he said if not today, i'll come out for sure the next day.......Nothing, nobody showed up, no phone calls or texts that he couldn't make it or anything .......if you don't want to fix our roof that's fine, but at least let us know so we can go ahead and hire somebody else.

I often don't submit reviews unless I am delighted by a service received. I was contacted in Costco to get information in regards garage door instalation and I decided to hear about it. DiGiorgi rep came to my house and gave me the presentation and price and I cosidered afordable. I couldn't do the job until months after. In less than 3 weeks my door was installed in a matter of hours, the techs did an awsome job and left the area clean after. I am very happy with the outcome it looks good and works perfect. I am very happy with the communication from the company during the process Sydney answered all my questions in a timely manner. After all I will get around $500 to spend in Costco due to the deal thu them, can not complaint and got a lifetime warranty on labor performed. I do recommend DiGiorgi 100% because they handle professionally the whole process and the cost and warranty worth every cent spent.

Mariano and crew replaced all the old windows in our house with new fiberglass windows. They did an amazing job with surprisingly little disruption to our lives, even though my husband and I are both at home. Their attention to detail was impressive--Mariano wanted everything to be exactly right. The crew that did the exterior part of the windows was also great. We are now nice and warm, and the windows look wonderful inside and out.

We have been using DiGiorgi for years starting with a replacement window in our kitchen. It was a twin double hung that we replaced with a slider and couldn’t be happier. The installation and service were excellent and at a very reasonable price. Since then we have replaced 8 more windows, had new leaf free gutters installed, and most recently replaced our entry door from our garage leading into our kitchen. Four guys showed up before 8:00am there did a great job and they were concerned about cleaning up and I said no worries that I got a leaf blower and that I would take care of it. The rear old gutters were so clogged with stuff and green moss was growing that it made me feel that it was time to replace them. The guys were friendly and professional. I only thing that I was to happy with is that I found five screws and a piece of trimmed aluminum in my holly bush. But over all I would recommend them to anyone!
