My insurance company suggested I have the roof inspected. After doing some research and reading reviews I contacted three roofing companies for an estimate. Manny roofing was one of them. The other two were either too low to be believed or very slow to reply. I had the pleasure and good fortune to meet with Jonathan from Manny. Right from the beginning Jonathan displayed a very easy going manner. He patiently replied to all my questions and concerns. He has a lot of experience working projects and knows all the players in the insurance part of the relationship. Thankfully he did the paperwork for the claim and of course the estimate. I felt very comfortable selecting his company. He explained every step moving through the process. I have little or no experience with insurance claims but he was always available to help me and answer any question in an easy to understand way.We agreed upon an installation date for the new roof. Their project manager called me in advance to confirm. The team showed up as promised and the work was done in one day. I was impressed with their attention to detail and cleanliness. I highly recommend their service and feel fortunate that Jonathan was a large part of my quality experience.

Manny was great. He helped me out through the whole process of having my roof replaced. He even came when the adjusters came to the house. Everything came out great his workers are fantastic and so is Manny. If you ever need a roof done Manny is the man to call, you won’t be disappointed he does a great job.

WOW, what a great experience with Manny’s Roofing. You want the BEST you have to call this company. From the very first meeting with Manny and his crew I knew I picked the BEST. HONEST as the day is long. Manny took care of all the details with the insurance company, followed thru with everything he promised to do. His crew came in like the swat team. Finished my roof in one day from 8am -7pm that night. Every single one of his crew were polite and Efficient. Cleaned up everything like it was their own home they were taking care of. I then had a water heater leak in my basement, they took care of that too. Ripped up carpets, moved furniture, brought in dehumidifiers. Put in new skylights and painted. Clean up was superior to any company that I have ever dealt with. To make a long story short, there are not enough stars to put on this page that comes close to complementing this company👍👍👍😊😊👍👍😊😊😊😊👍👍Special thanks to Juan and Brian today for all the hard work they did in my home today. I had just recently started living in my home for about almost 2 years.The roof on house was in very bad condition and needed to be replaced. I received quotes from 5 contractors and Manny was the only one, who was very detailed and helped me with my insurance (Which none of the previous contractors did not mention). I am very grateful to have found Manny. The job he did on my home was amazing. I am a very detailed person, and the house was done in the same manner. Even my other contractor, and my neighbors came by to tell me, my house was beautifully done.Manny came with his team on time. They were very professional with the work and also patient enough to answer any questions that I had (I had a bunch).This was my first home and knew nothing about the process of filing a claim for damage to my home. The insurance company gave me such a hard time, there were days that I cried. Manny helped me understand my rights as a home owner and made sure the insurance company do the right thing to fix the roof and siding damage to my home (Manny made me aware the siding had damage). It was a very long process and I am very grateful he was with me the entire time. Great service as promised!! The crew arrived early in the morning, worked non-stop all day until sunset. The next morning came back early finishing the job on the roof, picking up every scrap of roofing material and every nail dropped on the ground. Excellent work and quality!!

We had a leak after a storm and ended up needing a whole new roof. Manny was great! He helped us through every step of the process from permits to making an insurance claim for the storm damage. Manny took care of all of the details and we had to do almost nothing! The quality of the service and work was also excellent. Manny replies to calls and texts promptly and he and his crew were courteous and professional. They also do great work. They were very thorough, including cleaning up after the job was done. We will absolutely be calling Manny again when we need a contractor in the future.

Earlier in the year I had some storm damage to my house. Manny Construction helped me deal with the homeowners insurance company to determine damages and bits that might be covered.They redid my roof, siding and gutters for me. I have an old house and they replaced all the rotting plywood and soffit boards as well. The crews worked lomg days through poor air quality, heat and bits of rain to help me meet a deadline. All while providing quality work and craftsmanship. This old poor tired house looks brand new again. Thank you.
