I like to thank Dan from artisan building and remodeling on how he guided me through my roof situation. He said I had wind damage to my roof and suggested I contact my insurance company. I contacted the insurance company they came out and agreed with the damage to my roof, and it turns out the insurance company covered the cost minus my deductible that made me very happy . In regards to the work crew, they were polite, courteous, and worked extremely hard, stripping and replacing the roof. They did a fantastic job with their workmanship and their cleanup.. if it wasn’t for Dan‘s guidance on contact in my insurance company, I would never have known that they would cover the cost on an old roof so my suggestion is to contact artisan building and roofing and listen to their sales representatives because they know what they’re talking about thanks again Dan and artisan for a very professional job .

It was a great experience having our roof replaced with Kyle from Artisan. He was quick to reach out, came out quickly to evaluate our roof and working diligently with our insurance company.The roof actually got done a day earlier than scheduled which came as a surprise when they just showed up but it turned out amazing. The roofers moved everything they needed to away from the house, moved everything back and did a wonderful job with cleanup! Would definitely recommend them!

I had a fantastic experience with Artisan Building and Remodeling. They are an incredible family owned business. Everyone I spoke with there was friendly and knowledgeable. They made it a breeze to get my new roof. Artisan took the time to sit down and make sure I was comfortable with everything and review all options The roof came out perfect. The clean up was so thorough that I didn’t find even a single nail or shingle piece left behind for me to clean up. Justin was my salesmen and he knew everything top to bottom for the process. Artisan Building and Remodeling worked with me every step of the way to make sure I was informed. I’m already looking for my next project around the house to hire them for. You won’t find another company as good as them. Again they are family owned business! You will truly feel like a valued customer which in today’s day isn’t common.

My wife and I could not be happier with the job. We spoke to a dozen contractors before settling on Artisan. We were concerned about all of our landscaping and didn’t want it to ruined during the roofing process. Artisan was great! Nothing was damaged and they were incredibly neat and organized. Roof and 4 skylights replaced in 2023. I’d give 2 stars for the skylights and 5 stars for the roof. (Overall 3.5 stars)Pros: The roof job was done in 1 day. They did a good job cleaning up. They even replaced an outdoor light bulb that was too high up on the house for us to reach.Cons: Our old skylights were a custom size, so we had 2 options to replace them: 1) pay a very expensive price for a custom size skylight that would fit perfectly, or 2) pay a very reasonable price for a skylight that would be slightly smaller. We decided to go with the slightly smaller skylights. One room where the skylights would be installed had recently been completely redone, including fresh paint on all the walls/ceiling (it is a very large room with cathedral ceilings). The Artisan salesman even commented on how nice our room looked when he came to take measurements. However, when the day came to replace the roof and skylights we were informed that they would have to cut into and damage our existing ceiling to put in the new skylight. This is something that was NOT made clear to us before. Artisan salesman claimed that he informed us that they would have to make a “rough cut” when replacing the skylights. My husband and I didn’t remember any such conversation, and certainly wouldn’t have approved such work since we had recently spent a lot of money to fix up that room.Artisan then claimed we would be responsible for fixing the destroyed areas of ceiling and repainting. Of course this was not acceptable to us since Artisan did not make us aware of any such requirement when we initially discussed the work.After speaking with a manager, Artisan agreed to have their workers come on a different day to “frame out” the new skylight to fix the issue. Our Artisan salesman told us once they framed out the skylights, there would be no cost to us and nothing else we had to do.Artisan’s workers did come to frame out the skylights. It looks pretty good, but not as good as it looked before this whole situation. Before leaving, the workers told us the framed portion needed to be painted and that it was our responsibility. Again, this is not something we agreed to or anticipated since this was a newly renovated room. It’s also not an easy thing to paint on our own due to the very high ceilings.Aside from that major issue, the skylights came with scratches and glue residue marks from the stickers which I requested Artisan remove. The workers from day 1 told me that the workers coming to fix the skylight framing would clean them. When the workers on day 2 heard of the issue (only from me telling them) they complained that workers on day 1 should’ve done that (I agreed), and reluctantly cleaned the inside of the windows.Overall, not the experience we were hoping for. We waited a couple months to write this review to make sure there were no other issues with the roof/skylights.Services: Skylight installation, Roof installation

My husband and I met Kevin Grant at a bridal expo and I started asking about his company shirt. He set up an appointment with my husband to come out to give us an estimate for a new roof. He and his manager came out pretty quickly to give us a quote. Kevin went over and beyond to help us from start to finish. He was a pleasure to work with and followed up with us several times throughout the process. The company came out last week and did our roof and they were very professional and very quick. From start to finish, our roof was stripped, plywood replaced where needed, new shingles and wonderful cleanup in less than 5 hours. . If we hadn’t met Kevin and his wonderful personality, we would have never thought of choosing this company. I can’t thank him enough for all he has done and for giving us the top notch service that you don’t see very often these days.

The best experience I have ever had with a contractor. We thought we needed a repair of a roof leak. Justin came down from a free inspection of the roof with pictures and video that made it clear we needed a roof replacement. There was no "hard sell," just facts. We got estimates for fixing the leak, installing a new roof, and new chimneys! Expensive, but worth it in the long run. Artisan Building was the first contractor I have worked with that was willing to give me an estimate of when the work would begin, and they were right on target. The masons worked a very long and cold day to tear out the old chimneys and build new ones. The roofers also worked a long day, and even though rain was moving in as they finished they took the time to police my entire yard to make sure no scraps were left behind. The folks on the phones in the office were wonderfully kind and communicative, giving me updates throughout. I highly recommend Artisan Building and Remodeling to anyone looking for a top line, best in class comtractor.

Artisan did a great job with my roof replacement project. Dan was my point person and was very responsive and always kept me in the loop. He was able to work with my insurance company to get some of the roof cost compensated due to storm damage. The roof looks unbelievable and they were able to get in done in a day. As a first time homeowner with a very old house I was nervous when I decided to get my wood siding and old gutters replaced. Artisan Building did a great job helping me through the process. They were very patient and responsive to all my questions which put me at ease. There were some unavoidable/unpredictable hiccups during the job, as with most old homes, but full responsibility was taken by the company. They went above and beyond to not only fix the issues with no extra expense to me, but made sure I was satisfied with the results of the fixes. I am very satisfied with the new look of my home and at a very reasonable price.

It was always a pleasure working with the awesome teams from Artisan. We had the roof replaced, the windows, doors and slider replaced, the deck rebuilt, the siding replaced, and the gutters and trim replaced. It was a ton of work, with a lot of professional, considerate, friendly and fun people who were always willing to work with you and answer any questions. It was a giant job but Artisan got it done and the house looks absolutely AMAZING! Siding and gutter installation. It is beautifully done. RJ, salesperson, and Brendan, the owner, visited to check on me during the installation which took 13 business days to complete the entire project. Max and his team were fabulous! Outstanding job done. He consistently asked and confirmed the work he does is meeting my satisfactory. There was not a single thing I was not happy about. The people at this company understood how important having house renovations mean to homeowners. At the end of work, RJ came to review if there was anything I disliked on their work. I’ve mentioned the length of gutter downspout from the face elbow on the ground. Gutter team came back in few days to extend it with the smile on their face. They didn’t treat me as an ugly customer requesting for out of normal job, which is sort of was and I knew it. RJ said that customers satisfaction after their project completed is important. Appointments to examine my roof, set up a start date and do a final inspection were on time and professional. Even though there was extensive rain in the few weeks before construction the roof was completed on time and I was sent updates of schedule. The help Artisan provide was beyond exceptional. I had invited Artisan to provide a quote for replacing my roof. The price they provide was a fair and good price. They spent the time to go over the process and the materials to be use for the roof replacement.In the meantime a tree in my yard had fallen slightly damaging the roof, rain gutters, and wood siding. An insurance claim adjuster was called to inspect the damage. The claim amount the insurance company provided was in no way going to cover the damage much less the roof replacement cost.By chance Artisan stopped by to check up on quote they provided and seen the tree damage. With the excellent support of Artisan team they worked with the insurance company to have 100% of the damages repaired and a completely new roof put on the house. Their expertise was amazing. Alex and the Artisan team completely understood the exact steps needed to work with the insurance company to help me get what was fairly mine and owned to me.I have a large house and the Artisan workmanship was managed and performed with top quality professionalism. The Artisan crews performed the work like a well conducted orchestra. The crew came in the morning and by the end of the day the job was completed and one would never know they had been on-site except of course for sight of a new roof. Cleanup was complete and a walk around was performed with me and the job site manager.Artisan followed up several times to make sure all was well with the job by stopping by and calling. These guys are very good at what they do, providing the top quality materials and workmanship. I highly recommend them for a roofing job and if you have an insurance claim you need to call these guys first before contacting the insurance company so they can be onsite when the insurance claim adjust does an inspection.

I can not say enough good things about the job that Artisan did on siding on my home! I have spent countless dollars re-painting and now I never have to do that again! From start to finish everything was done the right way. This was a big job and I am thrilled with the way that it turned out. I had used artisan to replace the siding on my home and am onlypartly satisfied. There’s a few things that I’m not at all satisfied with. But if you have propane tanks they will work around them with taking the old siding off and putting the new siding on. But they won’t put things back the way they were, claiming their guys can’t touch the gas tanks, and of course they didn’t tell me that would be an issue or even point it out at the end of the job, Now I have to get my gas company out here to fix their mess. They did not replace the screws to my door bell and then asked they asked me if I had the screws for it, and the molding on the front of garage door siding was cut short. I mentioned all these issues to them in writing. And the only thing they took care of was screws in the door bell. They claim the garage is ok according to them but not me, and they won’t touch the gas can. Nobody followed up with the rest of the issues. So just be careful. After spending $30,000. I expected more but they couldn’t deliver. Please see the pictures for further details.

He arrived on time and well prepared. he had pre-measured the home so that he did not waste any time.He showed me a slide show presentation that described an explained the services your company provides. He was knowledgeable and articulate.He skipped over those areas in which he knew I had no interest. He expanded on the area in which I did.— siding.He made a detailed proposal for both 4 inch and 5 inch vinyl siding for the home.
