We just had our windows installed by Castle. Can't say enough good things about Angel and his crew that installed the windows. They were professional, polite and worked hard. They barely took a break and didn't stop until the job was finished. When they finished they cleaned up and made sure we were satisfied with the work they had performed. They really took pride in their work. Would highly recommend. Thanks for a great job! Good price and warranty too.

We reached out to Castle after we got a quote from another company and had a terrible experience and got an astronomical price for a single door. Noam from Castle came and the service he provided us with we excellent from the start. He was fun but also profession, transparent, and worked quickly and efficiently to meet our needs. We ended up replacing 4 exterior doors, 2 storm doors, and 2 windows for the price of what the initial company quoted us for 2 doors and the quality was just as good. So happy we went with Castle!!!

Rich had come out last year to quote us a price for windows, he was a pleasure to work with. He helped us every step of the way. We received 2 other quotes and this was the best. The installers were also great, they installed 22 windows in one day.William came out to quote us for a new slide door. He was also great and helped us a great deal with the process.I would recommend Castle to everyone who is looking for new windows or doors.

They showed up today to do the work and were very punctual. We had as slight issue but Rich the Regional Manager resolved it quickly. Lovely windows. Great staff, great price, great product, great warranty. Highly recommend them.

The Salesman Brandon was a very nice guy he came to my home to give me an estimate.I have to give 2 stars because he called his manager Rich to have speak to me over window pricing and he told me he couldnt do business with me unless my spouse was present? Which made me angry at the fact because I make the final decision, so I hung up on him.I dont like being talked to like a child.

I had all the windows and sliding doors in my home replaced last Summer and I’m still absolutely loving them! There was a decent length delay in delivery/install given Covid supply chain issues but they were all (approx 17 windows and 2 sliding doors) installed in one day without issue by a very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable crew! This winter, I saw a decrease in my heating/electricity bills as the new windows/doors provide greater insulation as promised and so far this Spring I’m enjoying opening everything up to let the breeze flow throughout the house. I couldn’t be happier with the service/products provided by Castle! He is knowledgeable about the industry, the product lines and in particular about the warranties from other companies. I interviewed three other companies all of which have comparable quality and pricing but Castle has the best warranty. Roberto was our salesperson and our initial point of contact. He was very personable, knowledgeable and took time to to explain to the entire process from consult to installation. We felt comfortable enough by the end of that meeting to move forward. A day or two later, our finance agreement came in and the number were a bit off from what we expected and I reached out for clarification. I was contacted by Castle's GM directly, who helped navigate the financials and get things back on track. He also gave me his direct number and offered assurances about the expected delivery/installation time, both of which were not only met but actually arrived sooner. The installation team was clean, efficient, and professional. Three guys completely removed/replaced 9 different window bays and installed a new storm door in about 8 hours. They arrived shortly after 9am and were finished by just after 5pm. Couldn't be happier with the overall process and outcome and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I want to compliment Castle Windows. I am a realtor so when I needed new windows in my home I interviewed quite a few companies and Castle was by far the best. From day one when Annie (who has been with Castle for over 15 years) came to help me understand the process and the best pricing for me with windows I wanted done.. She was patient with me and spent an extreme amount of time with me answering all my questions. Then Ryan Installation Manager came next to measure and was more than accommodating . It has been a very responsive experience all around. All questions answered with wonderful patience. Absolutely horrible experience with Castle Windows. Sales rep came out and as we started talking mentioned I have a husband and that he wasn’t home today. He stopped and said we’d both need to be home to get a presentation and quote. We both work busy jobs and I had already taken time for this presentation. Not sure what kind of slimy game they were trying to play. I had gotten quotes from Anderson, and Pella already with no issue with just me being there. As soon as he left called Anderson to lock them in, got one of their top models with a lot of hand painted glass. Turned out beautiful and was a lot - Castle missed out. I can’t imagine them saying to a couple “I can’t talk to you if your husband is not home.” Ridiculous self made guidelines - avoid.

I am happy to have a very sturdy, well-sealed (prior door leaked) and finely trimmed door in my basement walkout. Had to wait a bit for custom order but good communications and very quick beautiful installation once the door was ready. I have had Castle windows and doors for about 7 years. Based on the product and installation I have always said when it is time to finish the house (13 windows) I would only go with Castle. The way they look and operate screams top shelf. We had one small issue with a door that needed to be adjusted and they sent someone out inside two weeks to correct it. These windows and doors shine when the temperatures are extreme, the room feels physically different because the temperatures don’t change as you get closer to the outside walls.Well it was finally time to finish the house and we just met with our salesman Jose, what an amazing guy. If you have ever worked with a window salesman you know that it can be a chore. Not with Jose he was knowledgeable about his product but did not try to dazzle us with way to much information but where I wanted more information he very comfortable going into the deeper specs.overall a great interaction. I highly recommend Castle windows of Connecticut and there team.Service: Window installation
