We had several people come in to give us quotes on a new shower, tub and vanity. Nu Face was by far the most professional, Jim showed us samples, and explained the process . Although they do not provide vanities, they offered to install our new one for us. Joe even called my husband to ask if there was anything more they could do. We were so impressed with the company.The install process only took a day and a half!The installers were great, very neat, cleaned up everything. They went above and beyond by installing the vanity and even put the knobs and handles on for us, they also hung the new shower curtain. It came out beautiful!!! We are so happy with our new bathroom. We can’t recommend Nu Face enough!!

We hired Nu-Face to install windows and doors at our house. The first meeting gave us a really good impression of the company. They were friendly and listened to what we wanted. They also explain every step of the process and go through with you the designs you can do for windows and doors. They like to meet with all homeowners to make sure everyone is on the same page and can voice what each is looking for. I appreciated the time they took to answer all of our questions.The next two times after that was to take measurements. This was done very meticulously. The minor downside, which I won't take a star off for, is the first person kept asking about what was going to be installed. I thought they would know that before arriving here or at least have the paperwork detailing what is going to be installed.Another thing that I did not like but still won't take a star off for is that I was not told about a change in the windows we wanted until I talked to the the second person coming to take measurements. I called the company and they said they had to make the change because of weight of the windows. I was okay with the change but I did not like hearing about it after that fact. I wish I was called and told about it when they knew they needed to make this change.The install was done in one day. The end result is absolutely gorgeous. We are thrilled with the work the team did. They even took out the door knob and lock from our previous door and installed it in our newer door.I would highly recommend this company, just make sure to always be asking questions about your project.

Amazing work! Windows, siding and deck - all superb. Everyone in the neighborhood is commenting on how beautiful the house and deck look. Joe is awesome to work with. Reggie and the siding crew, Fausto and the deck crew, and Dave and the window crew were all very conscientious about the work they were doing. I’ve recommended NuFace to all my friends and family.

Workmanship outstanding. Fast, friendly crew. Office staff friendly and prompt with rectifying issues. I feel a supervisor or the sales rep. we dealt with should be on the job site with the contract on day one and walk thru the job with crew or crew supervisor to communicate exactly what will be done. Communication issues with crew and homeowner can be improved. I felt like I had to watch over the job or the job would not have been completed as agreed upon. I had gotten a quote for a slider last year but said I would like hold off. Several months later they nicely called to check in, no pressure, just an inquiry and a let’s see if do your quote a little better (and it was already the best I had gotten). They even did better and double checked the measurements. A few weeks later the slider was in and ready for install. The customer service was sooo nice and friendly. They Confirmed my appointment and were very attentive. My 2 installers were absolutely amazing. Extremely professional, nice, funny, and explained everything to me (no condescension that women always get). We all had a nice laugh as I learned my previous slider was installed backwards (screen door on inside, which explains the absolute wood rot because the wood on the outside was not weather protected!!). They examined every inch of that opening. Reset my frame on the inside and sured everything up. They wrapped the entire door on the outside even added a kickplate. It’s stunning. It was absolutely phenomenal beginning to end. The last touches were full foam insulation to ensure no gaps, immaculate caulking (yes I said that). Honestly I am so pleased and so glad they called back!! I chose to write a review because I truly feel like this is the experience I wish we all could have when doing home improvements or work on our homes. Thank you!!! And this slider does not weigh 1 million pounds!!! lol!!

Jimmy came not long ago to talk to us about the options we had for replacement. We were very happy with the options they had to offer us!! More impressive than Jimmy, the workers that came to perform the work. They showed up around 9AM and were here until around 9PM. I was EXTREMELY impressed with the workmanship and ability to get the job done in ONE DAY!! They worked through the day without delay and were as determined to complete the job as i was to get it done. The momentum on completing the job never stopped and in no way did this dwindle the quality of the install. One thing that also really stood out to me was the organization of the crew and the tidiness in which the jobs was performed. They even brought in cloth tarps to line the floors fron the entrance door, up the stairs, down the hall, and straight into the bathroom! 10/10 install and am VERY HAPPY with my 2 new bathrooms!! THANK YOU NU-FACE!!

Nu-Face installed a new bath/shower and vanity for me. Had a good experience upfront. However I had issues with the communication between when the initial payment was made and when the work started. Even when given timelines for check ins and updates, I ended up having to be the one who contacted Nu-Face after the original date in order to get updates.The finished product in the bathroom was well done, the team did a good job to get everything done very quickly. There was one small touch up that was supposed to be done on the bathroom, however, no one ever came back to finish.Overall, happy with the finished product but there were definitely some frustrations along the way.

We had a great experience working with NuFace to purchase and install our new front door. Stone made the selection process easy, showing us what the door would look like on our home, and walking us through all the options. Alyssa and others in the office were friendly and answered all of our questions. They made scheduling all the appointments easy. Finally, the install team was fantastic. Reggie and the install team were great. Our new siding is beautiful! They were friendly, efficient, hard working, on time, communicative, and even went out of the way to change some lighting fixtures that were broken. Stone Oliver was our salesman who went over our project with us. He had plenty of pictures to show us with the colors and designs and everything that had to do with our bathroom. Super happy & satisfied with the results of my tub + around surfaces that was installed promptly & beautifully. It took 3 men 8 hours and it looks better than it ever did. Can't wait to take a relaxing bath in the soaker tub!!! These guys went above & beyond what I even expected. Customer service with the office staff and all included in this job were great too. My roof was leaking. I had a roofer come out to repair it who told me I need a new roof and quoted what seemed like a fair price to replace it. Doing my due diligence, I asked Nu-Face for a second quote. James L found a hole in a shingle where the water was pouring in which I fixed myself with some caulk. He said I will probably need a new roof in 5 years or so. He lost a sale, but won a grateful customer.

He was punctual, informative while answering all my questions, and let me know exactly what they were going to do and in what order. Can’t wait for my new roof!!UPDATE: The roof was completed exactly as Stone and Nu-Face said!! I am very happy with the pricing, install, and cleanup. They even wiped down the garage and cleaned up the exterior a bit. I was very impressed on how they worked through the weather because it was a bit chilly out this weekend. Joe and his crew did an amazing job on tearing out our old deck that was literally falling apart and replaced it with the most gorgeous deck ever. From the first phone call we were treated like a good friend! When Jimmy Lemire, he first took the time to make friends with our dog Hilda!! Then took the time to explain everything to us and take what we needed into account (I have trouble walking), and Alfredo and his team that put the tubs in were great as well to the point of pointing out that our pipes were put in backwards! My brother has learning disabilities they took their time in explaining things so he could understand them! I had my house sided 2 years ago and was pleased with NuFace so they were one of the two companies that I pursued for quotes for a deck replacement. The NuFace team was fantastic from start to finish and I am extremely pleased with the quality of the construction, attention to detail, willingness to discuss and help me settle on a deck plan that met my needs for cost and features. Both neighbors on each side of my home commented on the quality and appeal of the deck. The NuFace team even created a custom gate so our dogs could join us on the deck. They take pride in their work, leaving the site clean after each day and providing excellent communication.

Recently used Nu-Face over the last two months for a new door and some windows. All the staff I’ve dealt with were great and friendly between calling for a quote, to getting the quote and installation. Had a minor hiccup with getting broken windows delivered (not their fault, delivery was not by them) but called them immediately and they answered and corrected the issue quickly and was able to get me rescheduled with another install date. Their prices are also very competitive and better than places like pella, Anderson and Power remodeling. Will definitely use them again for future projects. Super pleased with the door and windows. Thank you guys!

I have wanted the bathtub in my home replaced since I have owned the house. My house was built in 1942 and still had the original bathtub in it. In my personal opinion, this bathtub was not realistic for adults. We had some quotes given to us on replacing the bathtub from another company that was already doing some work in our house but the price given to us was unrealistic and as work continued, we stopped trusting that particular company. So we started to do some more research.In our research we came upon Nu-Face. We read their reviews and were impressed by what we read so we decided to setup a consultation. We were contacted quickly by one of the owners Anthony who setup an appointment to come and look at our project based on our availability. We showed him the bathtub and he was very honest from the moment he saw it - pointing out where there was very obvious mold. He told us what our options would be with visible mold starting to allow us the opportunity to decide if we wanted to continue to move forward (which we did).Anthony utilized an app that allowed us to design what we wanted to see (inclusive of my now new soaker tub which is more appropriately sized for an adult who does not consider themselves to be in any way shape or form petite). When we were playing around with designs we had asked Anthony a couple of times to be honest with us if our choices were increasing price which he would be honest about. This helped us feel more confident when we did decide what we wanted. At the end of the design you discuss price and pricing options which all fell into line to what we more or less had anticipated based on the research we did.We had to wait for the project to be shipped which as we all know in this post covid world takes some time, but Nu-Face was excellent about maintaining communication along the way so there were no surprises.The demo of our old bathtub (and surrounding tiles on wall) were completed the same day the new bathtub and walls were installed. Paolo was the person who was the primary worker on the job and he was respectful, kind and hard working. Most importantly, he cleaned up after himself! He was a delight to have in our house doing work. There was a small hiccup with a different employee that we had contacted Anthony about and Anthony had rectified the issue immediately, maintained contact with us throughout the day to make sure all was okay, and even came back out to ensure no other hiccups occurred. We were happy with the resolve of the issue that came up and were impressed by Anthony's level of empathy to what had occurred.Overall, I would recommend Nu-Face to any person who is looking to invest in their home. Their communication is excellent, their passion for what they do is evident in their product and product installation, and the amount of empathy that comes from one of the owners that showed that we were more to them then just a check that paid for a job made the whole experience worth it.

NuFace was a great company to work for. We had all of our window and door trim checked for rot, replaced if needed and then wrapped in aluminum. It looks fantastic and we know our wood trim is now protected. Also, we had new gutters installed. They look and work fantastic. Since the beginning it was a good experience working with Kevin who was very knowledgeable about the product as well as Alyssa in the office who kept us in the loop about everything that was going on with our project.We are looking to use them again next year to wrap our remaining corner trim pieces before our cedar house is painted. They were responsive when we called and on time working hard while at our house. I recommend this company for your next home project.

Overall it was a beautiful transformation and the value relative to other companies was excellent. Good quality material as well. -----Siding color is Midnight Blue.
