Home Exteriors really came through! Initially I just called for an estimate. Yet because of their prompt response and what appeared to be a genuine concern for our roof, we used them to replace our roof. Leo was my direct contact and never lead me astray with any of my questions or concerns. His customer service is out of this World. He is very reliable and responsive and that eased a lot of my anxiety. He and his team were super responsive to all check list items along the way. My only minor complaint was the need to request further clean up. However, I understand that our roof was a huge task (100+ year old home), night caught them and they still took good care of us overall. Their patience and care goes a long way with me. Thanks for putting your heart into our roof repairs. I wish you guys an abundance of continued success!

I had my 26 year old roof replaced with GAF Timberline HDZ, and replaced 4 skylights at the same time. The whole experience was wonderful. Leo came by and explained the whole process, and his quote was very reasonable. Once I approved it, they scheduled the work only a few days later. A team of 9 or 10 workers arrived on time, and in a highly orchestrated manner, completed the entire job by dinner time. I was very impressed with this company. Leo and his team did a great job. The estimate was excellent given the amount of work to replace the roof. The work was done in two days and the clean up was pristine. The flashing work on the chimneys took a full day and was done to perfection.

What an amazing experience. We scheduled prior to closing. The materials and dumpster came in one day, they showed up the next. These guys tore off 2 layers and put on a new roof in one day. They also replaced all my gutters and downspouts the same day. The site supervisor put a drone in the air to show me the progress too. On top of it all, they painted my block chimneys at no additional cost so that it would look perfect.This is definitely a company to rely on and expect high quality craftsmanship.

We had a great experience getting our roof replaced with Leo and his team! They were super professional and hardworking. They finished the whole job in a day and a half. The roof looks perfect and the cleanup was great. We also had them do our chimney and are hoping they can help us with a few more projects!

I never leave bad reviews but this company did us a major disservice. We had our roof done in 2021. They did a great job on the roof and we’re happy with it. However , it became time for us (in 2023) to list our home. They had never closed the permit on our roof. I contacted my contact who we worked with throughout the process and he said he’d take care of it. I checked in twice and he said all set. I called the town just to make sure as we close in 4 days and no one had ever contacted them at all! If the building department in our town did not go above and beyond we would not be able to close. We are shocked they didn’t finish the process. It’s a shame bc they did a great job in the roof. However, I cannot recommend this company due to the lack of support on the back end of this process.

We were very pleased with Home Exteriors Roofing. They gave us a competitive bid, started a few weeks after we said yes, brought out a large crew to get the job done swiftly, and sent people to fix a bent gutter, replace a light bulb, and patch up a hole. They cleaned the grounds and even used a metal detector to find stray nails and screws. Highly recommend.

I’ve also received a number of complements on my roof replacement from other contractors. I would have used them for more work if not for some scheduling issues and I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future for additional work.
