I called several local chimney contractors before finding Oliver and his guys. They all provided estimates and work that was not needed to fix my leaking fireplace chimney. The work was done fast very clean and very fair price. The leak is totally fixed. i won’t call anyone else after finding oliver and his guys at vazquez construction !

Oliver and his men fixed our chimney which had multiple cracks which we were unaware of. We knew there was one area. They also fixed beautifully a walkway that had some broken pieces of slate. They used tarps around the chimney, roof and ground. They worked efficiently. We highly recommend Vasquez Construction. We would not hesitate to use them again

We had a leaking chimney and needed repairs. Besides other exotic solutions offered by different contractors, Oliver explained us how he would repair which was inline with our research on chimney leakages. He finished the work in 2 days just before the big rains and we have not seen any leaks. I have a second chimney that he will work on in a few months. His estimate was fair. Overall, honest and good quality work!

Ok - called. They answered. They came to see the job when they said they would. Received a price timely and it was reasonable. Set a date to do the work. Looked like it would rain on that date so he came out EARLY. Just a great overall experience.I had blue stone steps that had cracked over the winter. He reinstalled new stones - they look great and the work is of good quality. I’m calling Vazquez for anything I need construction related from now on!

This was for a business bathroom renovation and they were patient and helpful in making sure the job was completed in full. They cleaned up as they worked which was phenomenal. Oliver and his crew repaired all the loose bricks in our chimney. We also had them replace all the aluminum siding around our garage doors which had rotted. They did excellent work on both jobs. We definitely would call them again and would recommend them to family and friends.

We had Oliver redo bathroom caulking and wall repairs. Oliver came in as soon as he could and did a wonderful job. He took questions or implemented any mid-project ideas with care. We have pets and he was mindful of them as well. We’ve had contractors do sloppy jobs so we are wary of hiring anyone, but Oliver pointed out anything he was concerned about and kept us in the loop. He even came back to fix anything that we were concerned about. I wish we knew about him earlier. He is our go-to from now on.
