We are relocating and bought this auction house and Chris, Dexter, Albert treated us like family they took care of our roof and help us to get the roof right next day we where scheduled they where home Wednesday and by Friday morning they had the entire house roof put in they couldn’t finish the porches due dark and next day to rain so Sunday they didn’t work so Monday they came back and finished my roof looks amazing, they help us and guide us thru the financing application we got the fiber roof the look of the home looks amazing like a different house we are truly bless and lucky to find them, love the materials they offered they have so many options and they help you to find you the right solution! We are so thankful my house no longer gets wet inside we had so many holes that you could see the sky and they took care of it 🙏🏻❤️ (i have video on my tiktok @rosanyalex about the roof and its condition looks beautiful now)

I was very impressed with the quality of work and the materials used. The crew that installed the roof was on site on time and worked continuously from 7 AM till 7 PM on the first day. Day two; the crew arrived early, completed the roof by noon, and did an excellent job of policing up any roofing debris around the house and on the property. These guys were machines. They worked as a team and completed the job one day sooner than estimated. I would recommend Erie Home to anyone looking for a roof replacement.Service: Roof installation

Erie roofing did a quick and reliable job, replacing the roof on my home. There is an unfortunate incident where the dumpster didn’t align with the timing of the roof and a pile of debris was left in my yard and wind storm came along that night blowing all of the old roof debris all over my property, this is not typical of Erie to screw something up like this, but I’m still finding pieces of tarp and nails scattered across my property daily.

At first there was inadequate communication from the contractor. It was confusing as to when the crew would arrive. We never met with the general contractor who was to give us information about the condition of the chimney flashing. There was supposed to be a dumpster brought in but that never happened.Very professional crew. Roof looks GREAT!!Leak around chimney has been fixed. Evidently there was a leak around the flashing of a nearby vent pipe. Noticed water in the basement but the installation on-site manager came back and identified a plumbing leak. Erie did a Fantastic Job with our Roof! From the day we sat down and consulted what to do; they where extremely helpful and helped us decide even what color to get our Metal Roof. The end product a few weeks later was amazing! It looks like a new house now. Our roof was installed in one day and the crew did a wonderful job with the installation and clean up afterwards. We bought this house last year and the roof badly needed to be replaced. They did a thorough inspection and told me exactly what needed to happen. No surprises. The install happened rather quickly and we could honestly not be happier. Heavy rains came soon after install and everything seems to be holding up just the way it should. We had a really good experience with Erie. We had a fiberglass roof installed over two days and the work crew was very professional. They answered any questions that we had and at the end of the day, they cleaned up all the old shingles, nails, etc. We are pleased with the way the roof came out and looks. This was a big job, involving totally removing and installing a new main roof; and two lower, smaller roofs over the porch and kitchen. In addition, removing five skylights. The workers arrived timely and worked almost non stop through the day(s). They did a very good job of cleaning up, and there was a lot of debris to clean up! I am confident the roof will sustain the test of time! I thought it would be at least a four day job but it only took two full days to complete.Service: Roof installation

Erie Construction did a great job from start to finish! They were very quick at setting up a time to come out to evaluate my current roof and provided great information about who they are and the types of materials they used. They even had samples of the actual pieces of the products they install. They were quick at gathering information about the type of roof I had and they were even able to show me a digital image of what the new roof would look like on my house with the various color options. I was able to get a quote that day with a financing option. I received an email and phone call the next day as a followup to make sure that I received the proper paper work. The then called me back within the next couple of days to schedule the installation. There was a small delay when it came time to installing the roof but that was mostly due to the weather. Once they were able to make it, they had the materials delivered and then did the installation in ONE day as promised. They were very quick and professional during the installation. They also did a great job with the clean up as well. A few days later I received a follow up call to make sure that everything was done they way that I wanted it to be.

My Wife and I were told by our insurance Agent that we needed a New Roof Within a Year. We just bought the House last June and we knew we needed to get the roof done. I reached out to many roofing companies for a quote and financing. They had some good quotes just not the financing and quality that Erie provided.I called Erie to get a quote and to have their Sales come for a Free estimate. I saw an ad on Facebook about Erie. These guys came to my house, very professional in how they discussed our options with Erie. They went into my attic, did a thorough walk around my house. Then we got together and sat to talk about the product. They explained the procedure to me and how their material(fiberglass we chose) was of greater value and longer lasting compared to regular asphalt roofing. They also stated the roof will be good till the lifetime I own the house. We talked and chatted for about an hour. They showed us the weather seal and how the roof would hold up against the worst weather conditions. My wife and I really liked what we heard about their product and chose Erie to do our roof.We then set up an appointment for the roofers to come and getter done. They showed up and were extremely professional. They had the tarps, equipment and 4 guys needed for the job. They finished in a day. They didn’t have any debris leftover. I also had a Dish on my roof and they were able to finish the roof without moving it. These guys had a system down and started when they came and didn’t stop until finished( except for lunch). Very hard workers.Overall Erie was a Good Experience and Would Highly recommend them. Great Customer service, Great Value, Great price. Thanks Erie!!

This is our first home & did not know much about roofing so for our initial visit, lots of time and in depth explanation was given to us. As well as all of our questions being answered. Erie construction came out when I reported I needed a new roof asap! Took several pictures showing it was more than just a patch job needed and explained their products and what would be done. They came out as soon as they could. Getting the building permit took longer than them getting the materials needed and I received them earlier than I was supposed to. Jason the project manager was very informational and punctual. the team came out and knocked our roof out in 1 day. very impressive. any issues that occurred which were minor, Jason and Greg were on top of it.We are very happy with our roof and cant wait for them to come back and install the sky lights. highly recommend.

Had Frank and his roofing crew come replace the peaked roof on my three decker. Big and complex roof with valleys and some other complex shapes. Guys were very professional, all worked safely and OSHA compliant. I took a look at the roof several times during the process. Very well done. Roof came out great. I was extremely happy upon meeting with the employees of Erie. No wanted to do a partial roof and Erie agreed to help me out and do what I requested as the rest of the roof was not a problem. The employees both sales and workers were very friendly and pleasant to work with. The job was done in one day and they cleaned up like they were not even there. With winter upon us and the guarantee they gave for the work done I am sure I will have no problems any more with that section of the roof. Thank-you Erie you made this senior one happy lady.

Personally I have had no issues with Erie Construction. Their representatives were nice and thorough with their presentation, the construction was on time and efficiently installed. It has heavy rained in my area since then and no leaks that I could see. I also like how my roof now looks. I would recommend them for for roofing and will be considering them for future home repair work.
