John's Roofing, Siding, and Windows completely transformed the appearance my 140 year old, 2-unit home over a period of only 5 days. They are a very experienced, professional, hardworking, and efficient team with competitive pricing.Being a full-time graduate student and new homeowner, I had searched thoroughly for contractors that would be able to install new siding, windows, and gutters on a fairly tight budget. After receiving 7 quotes from various local contractors and reading hundreds of reviews, I settled on John's primarily for their competitive price-point and the immediate sense I got from talking with them that they were knowledgeable and attentive to my feedback and concerns. It has only been a few weeks since they finished up, but their work quality appears to be exceptional. They were very informative, helpful, and flexible in accommodating to in-situ changes and requests as the project unfolded.In trying to make this review as unbiased as possible, the only negatives I can possibly come up with were some very minor hiccups with emails (quotes/invoices) not being successfully delivered to my inbox. Being a small, very busy, family-owned business, it was on occasion difficult to immediately get ahold of them, but they would always return any calls promptly. And there were absolutely no communication issues once they got started with my project. Based on my recent experience, I would very highly recommend John's Roofing, Siding, and Windows and Siding to anyone looking to tackle similar projects. John's roofing provided us with service above and beyond expectations in many ways. They completed a complete roof and gutter replacement project promptly, professionally and on time. While working on our roof, they noticed a broken shingle on a neighbor's roof and repaired it for her free of charge. Recently, they provided emergency assistance after a storm, coming the next day to secure 2 holes in our garage roof when a neighbor's tree branch fell and are now preparing to complete that repair. We had a leak in the roof after a hard rain; John came over, quickly found the problem (hole caused by protruding nail) and fixed it. Then he went over the whole roof and checked for similar issues, making sure the problem does not repeat.

My experience with John’s Roofing Siding and Windows LLC was nothing shy of amazing.John and his whole team were kind and professional. They were very responsive; I never had to chase them down for answers, they always answer the phone. Their care for detail and cleanliness is amazing. Cleaning up every night and making sure it was left safe (as we have young kids). I’m still blown away how quickly and efficiently they work, starting and finishing my entire home siding (including insulation and replacing a sliding door) in 3.5 days!John is very personable and his design ideas are great! Severe wind storm resulted in 5 roof perforations in a rental property my wife and I own. Within 2 hours of calling John, he was on the roof installing a temporary repair to prevent further water damage to our house and tenant’s belongings. He also provided a very reasonable quote for the permanent repair job.The temporary repair proved to be very effective. Within 2 weeks, the permanent roof repair was completed and looks beautiful.I would definitely recommend John’s Roofing to anyone who needs a quick roof repair or a complete new roof.

We recently had John’s Roofing, Siding & Windows vinyl side our house. Working with Jasmin and John was a pleasure. They answered all of our questions, and allayed all of our concerns. After 25 years with cedar-clapboard siding on our house, we were apprehensive to go with vinyl siding. I used John's Roofing and Siding to replace some buckling shingles and to replace the siding around my garage door. He came out the same day I called to have him look at the job, told me what he could do, when he could come out and the cost. On the day he said he would be at my house, he was. Arrived early, got to work, got the job done in a very professional and thorough manner. I was very impressed when I met him and even more so now the job is done. MUST READ... We discovered multiple areas of leaks on the roof of our home and immediately started making calls to find out what the issue could be. John's roofing Siding & Widows called us back immediately and arrived the next day to assess the problem. It was discovered that the issue was a deeper issue than what we imagined. The roof could not be patched up, it was so bad, we had to replace the entire roof as we had multiple issues. We also determined that the current roof was not installed correctly 15 years ago by the previous owner. We received a quote to replace approximately 60 squares of roof. John's roofing price was reasonable for the type of work he and his crew do. John and his crew arrived early, setup all the tarps, striped the roof in less than 2 hours, added ice and water barrier on entire roof, replaced a few rotted and damaged plywood, installed new shingles, flashed both chimneys & 2 skylights and also shingled our shed. He also pulled all the siding from the joining roof lines to ensure that the ice & water barrier was installed 1 1/2 feet on the wall to prevent it from seeping up and in. And he installed the siding back as if nothing was done. All of this work was completed in one day with finalizing details on the 2nd and final day of completion. John took the time to show us the water damage and the difference in the new work. He had pointed out that the previous installation was not completed by code and as necessary in order to keep the water out. He pointed out the the old shingles were not staggered/stepped at least 6 inches apart, there was no shingle overhang on the drip edges and the ridge vent was cut too wide. All of this was an issue with the past heavy rain and wind storms that caused this. This was a perfect storm combination that caused water to seep in and damage the roof and sheetrock. John, his family and crew were courteous, fast, professional and clean. They worked from the moment they arrived until they completed the entire roof. I have seen roofers complete smaller jobs in 2-3 days, but nearly 60 squares in one day is almost unheard of. If you need a roof completed, call John. We will always recommend him. They also document the entire job with the use of a drone which was amazing to see the great and honest work they do. We will now see if all of this work will hold up against the New England weather which we don't doubt but will report back with any updates. They are amazing... Thank you John & Jasmin! Will keep you in my contacts and use you in the near future and we seriously and highly recommend John's Roofing & Siding.

We had a minor roof leak, for which we had already gotten repair estimates (some upwards of $2,000). Then suddenly on a Friday night, that minor leak turned into a major one. So on a Saturday morning, I was frantically calling around for roofers to assess and fix the problem. John was on site within 2 hours; he was the only roofer who actually climbed on the roof to inspect and identify the real source of the problem, which he fixed immediately. No more leak. Since we already knew the roof needed to be replaced, we asked him for an estimate, which was in line with other prices we had gotten for total roof replacement. John and his team removed 2 layers of old shingles, replaced damaged boards, redirected some vents to the outside, installed the new roof and cleaned up the yard, all in about 12 hours. We recommend John very highly and would not hesitate to work with him again on any house project.
